Vanilla latte is consistently great! The food is pretty good too. I'm a fan of the blueberry banana bread and the banh mi sandwich

Best coffee and espresso drinks in Navy Yard. I work in DOT and we have a Starbucks in the same building, but I walk right by it to come to Lot 38. Caramel Macchiato half sweet is my fave. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches are like 5 bucks and simple, but delicious, especially on an everything bagel. Bacon is actually crispy, not that rubbery stuff at other places. Run by super friendly people!

I started coming to this place during the pandemic. Like early 2020. Didn’t even realize they had been open more than 5 years as I didn’t really frequent navy yard until I got a job in the area. I love supporting small businesses. They have always stayed under market value which is hard for a small business to do. Their breakfast sandwiches are made fresh! Every time. Which you’re not going to get from any other coffee spot within a mile. Compass, Starbucks, Gregory. All microwaved. Their coffee is soooo good! I have always been an illy fan. And to top it off, I’m the summer when I want an iced coffee. They have a dulce de Leche iced latte. Never seen anyone serve that flavor since living in Argentina Year’s ago. Additionally. The owners know their regulars. I don’t come in enough for them to know me only when I’m wearing my red trainer sweatshirt do they recognize me as a trainer across the street but it doesn’t stop them from being nice to me. Order always comes out in less than 5 min no matter how busy they are. And at 9am on a week day they are BUSY. Still quick service. I’m like Max 8 min seriously. I’ve sat upstairs and worked. Lots of space. But not sure about their wifi. I see reviews saying they have it. If they offer it, it would be nice that they post the network and password. I used my Mifi I would come even more if I knew the wifi was strong still 5 stars tho. I don’t rate places on their ability to pay for me having free wifi everywhere I go that’s such a privilege

This coffee shop is in a super cute area with a very photogenic park right across the street! I got a dirty chai latte, and really liked it. I also feel like it’s a good price for the size. I didn’t try any of the food, but the menu looks pretty good. There’s also an area upstairs with tables to work and hangout. Service is friendly, too!

Super cute family-run café serving well made coffee, pastries, sandwiches and weekly specials. Their vibe is friendly and efficient. Added bonus is the awesome upstairs space that’s rarely super packed.

This place is hands down my favorite coffee shop in Navy Yard. The sausage egg and cheese is so good and the iced oat milk lattes are fire. Icing on top is the owners (and staff) are so incredibly nice!! The amount of times he has offered to bring my order outside for me because I have my dog with me is more than I can count. They’re the BEST!

Place has a cute seating area upstairs overlooking a park. It was nice to drink my coffee watching the dogs playing in the park. My americano was decent. You definitely get a lot for the money. The medium I ordered was the size of a venti at Starbucks. Service was quick and helpful. The bagel sandwich was underwhelming, though. It uses what seemed like kraft singles cheese and was not my favorite.

Very disappointed. It was 37 degrees out, I called and asked if I could bring my dog. They said “sure”. When I got there there was a sign saying dogs were not allowed, so I asked and the answer I got was “yes you can site outside of you have a dog”. Are you serious? We’ll just so everyone knows, they are not pet friendly.

This is a great place to grab lunch and go up to the second floor seating to relax/look out on the park. They use illy coffee which tastes great, and the sandwiches are made fresh to order.

Hidden gem of a coffee shop in Navy Yard! No frills from the outside, but best iced coffee around (not to mention, price). Very clean and great, friendly service :)

Great coffee but customer service wasn’t the best. I would recommend trying the macchiato caramelo!
