Great addition to the neighborhood. Great coffee, lovely pastries, very friendly atmosphere. Most of the business seems to be to go, but there are several comfortable tables. Looking forward to making this a regular spot.

Fantastic Ethiopian coffee. The vibes of this place are immaculate. As soon as I walked in, a staff member helped me place my bike (I have small, folding bike), and then struck up a conversation about bikes. Gabby created the perfect blend of coffee, with the perfect amount of foam. She asked me what my name was, my favorite type of coffee -- etc. etc. Once it was done, she brought it to me and just let me know to pay before I leave. You can tell this is a family-run coffee spot. I'm looking forward to when they add menu items! They said to look out for a lot of vegan/vegetarian options.

Impeccable Black-Owned cafe with friendly service & delicious drinks! Just had one of the BEST Chai Lattes ever! They are honest about their ingredients and overall have a real love of what they do which shows! I’d give them 1million stars if I could!! Best cafe in DC!

This a lovely Cafe. Very personalized service with fabulous coffee! Everything is naturally delicious. They even have local honey! Every time I visit I will come back for more. The batista made me coffee with fresh home made Chai. My first time trying Dirt Chai!
Really bad espresso. Didn’t even use fresh ground beans. Super bitter and over extracted with watery texture and no crema.
Both the coffee and service are excellent here. I'm really excited to return and support this new business in the community!
