5 stars for having HALAL beef empanadas!
Excellent food and service✨Highly recommend creamy Avocatoast and Beef Empanada. Location is easy to find, however parking is not. No matter, the place is worth circling the block a couple times!
A bit overpriced but so is all coffee in DC. I love their lattes and wished they had bigger sizes!
Well done and on point. Baristas look like they want to be there and really know their regulars. Enjoyable atmosphere.
Good place to sit with a good vibe. I ordered the hit Kopi Susu which was sweet and had the bagel with plain cream. Overall nice experience. One thing i must say the sitting place has either wood chairs or benches that are not at all comfortable to sit on for longer period of time. Next to the Belgium embassy
I don’t even like coffee but seriously enjoyed theirs. Can’t go wrong with anything on their menu.
Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The empanadas are fire, I stan. Oat milk cortado never misses.
Lovely coffee shop that has a few outdoor seats and tables in the back for work. They use Indonesian coffee and palm sugars, having a variety of fun drinks with great flavor. While I was a little more adventurous, trying their Klaffee (coconut water coffee) and Cookies n' Cream, I would recommend trying their latte!
This is a good one..great quality&price ratio, nice staff,Indonesian specialty coffee on the grinder..well done guys
Decent coffee. They source their own beams but don’t roast
I go out of my way to try new indie coffee shops when traveling, and this place is wonderful. Excellent coffee, pastries, and location. Set up a location in ATL :)
Cute spot with below average pastry. Came here after reading the reviews and was somewhat disappointed. The coffee was average at best and the scone we got was not good at all. The inside is super pretty and spacious, though. Loved the mug that our coffee came in as well. The staff were also friendly and helpful with the menu.
Good latte, interesting flavor, different, I guess probably due to the beans, it was not a strong traditional coffee taste but it wasn’t bad. I also tried a pischok, which they describe as a spring roll, with banana and chocolate—I don’t need a big breakfast first thing, and it was a good amount, filling enough without being too much. It’s a long, thin, railroad type setup. There are maybe 5 tables at desk height, then a table more like a coffee table with two chairs, and bar seating facing out the front window. Not a ton of seating for working, and all the tables were full, so I’m not sure whether more people wanted to sit and stay but left. The bathroom requires a code.
Sublime pour over. This place is a legit third wave coffee shop. Try the pischok (banana and chocolate spring roll) too!
Excellent pour over! The beef enpanadas were also fantastic. The wait gets long, so arrive early, and note that they only have one bathroom that pretty much stayed occupied the whole time we were here.
Such a rad place! Pour over was so amazing! Baristas are very talented! Thanks for some tasty coffee!
Great place to try Indonesian coffee. Love the cute stoneware mugs. We need more women owned businesses!
Very nice place and the coffee is delicious!! The coffee options are varied so you can definitely have many choices. I did wish it has a large food option maybe a panini or something else but overall the place was amazing.
Coffee is bold 10/10 Indonesian specialty coffee shop serving both indo n american classics
This is pretty much my favorite coffee place in DC! They have a great vibe and the coffee always hits the exact right note. I usually get the Brown Latte but I've gotten a few other things, too, & recommend pretty much everything on the menu. I love getting the sun butter toast for breakfast. Usually I come here to work and the wifi is great, low key atmosphere is great if you need to focus, and the music is a bit louder than any conversation if there is any but not too loud. It's a great spot!
