I recall their matcha latte being just okay, but this is a popular breakfast so I'd bet their coffee and breakfast items are quite good. Their gelato selection is fantastic and the entire ambiance here brings you a small slice of Italy.

A little pricey but delicious! Coffee shop looks super cute too. Got the bananas foster and dark chocolate and they were both fantastic and went great together!

This place is amazing. Make sure you get some samples but the Gelato is some of the best I have had. It’s in a great location, definitely go check it out.

Honestly best gelato I’ve ever had. The dark chocolate was rich, bitter, and not sweet at all. The stracciatella was so authentic with the correct texture of chocolate, compared to my favorite gelato place in Italy. I’ve only rated 2 ice cream shops 5 stars I believe, and this is one of them. My favorite thing about the ice cream here is that the flavors are bursting but none of them are sweet! I hate when people make ice cream sugary😂

Best coffee I tried in weeks. It’s officially my favourite coffee shop in DC. I would definitely come back to enjoy the seating facing the sunrise.

The gelato was delicious. I got the dark chocolate chip, peanut butter smash, and cookie dough. The dark chocolate chip and peanut butter smash were the all stars of my selection.

Get ready for a delicious date idea. The treats are fantastic and the environment is friendly. Up to 3 flavors to go in a serving which were all delicious. I highly recommend the Avocado sorbet

I was pleased to find a nice and small coffee shop. They prepare the coffee carefully, it’s small but at the same time cozy and looks vintage. I had a good time on a rainy day!

This is my 2nd favorite coffee place in the world, VERY hard to beat the quality here. I enjoy walking here after church for a sunday afternoon espresso.

Not the gelato we loved in Italy, more like ice cream full of sugar. Even my husband who has sweet tooth found it too sweet. Had the sour cherry cheesecake which was better than the mascarpone & berries.

Cozy place for gelato and coffee. Many varieties of gelato. The dark chocolate was exceptional along with the coffee.

Tasty gelato with lots of toppings mixed in. Enjoyed the sour cherry cheesecake and marscapone & berries quite a bit.

Update 4/4/2023. Pre packed pints raised from $7 to $10 and hand packed (what I buy) from $9 to $11. I'll switch back to getting sorbet at Wholefoods for now since it's much less expensive. I will say that i like the current sorbet flavors: grapefruit, mango, honey pineapple. I'll miss strawberry tarragon and basil pineapple when they return. ------ Update July 2022: hand-packed pints raised one dollar but prepacked remain the same. Still worth it. The seasonal flavors are not pre-packed. ---------------- I'll give dolcezza credit for being much less expensive than pitango. Dolcezza charges $7 for prepacked pints and $8 for hand packed. Pitango charges $14 now for a pint (it went up from $10 recently). Also, right now, Pitango has a good blueberry sorbet...I bought 2 pints of it yesterday. The alfajores cookies are good too. I do prefer the pineapple sorbet at Pitango (over dolcezza's pinapple sorbet) but I'm not paying $14 plus tax for a pint...so dolcezza wins. Also, the staff is much more helpful at Dolcezza.
