Because this was our nearest coffee shop, we ate here several times. Loved the location and outdoor seating. However the service could have been better. The staff was disorganized, slow and not very helpful. And for two mornings in a row they were out of whole milk and out of oat milk another morning.Thry also ran out of spoons - had to eat yogurt with a fork. This could be an excellent place with more care.
Cute, service was solid, nice ladies. Coffee was weak and yuck (got an extra shot too). Oatmeal was well overpriced for 6 ounces of slop.

Over the top prices but offer over the top quality. The food is amazing and well prepared. Love the healthy mates like the Matcha or the Turmeric one. This place doesn’t disappoint

Great little coffee shop with a nice outdoor patio. Service was welcoming and friendly. Made me feel welcome. Coffee isn’t cheap, but then again nothing is in D.C.!
I’ve been to every Bluestone in DC and this one is by far my favorite! The staff are all so kind and friendly, and they are great about getting orders out fast.
It's OK. Ordered a latte and it had chocolate in it?? The avocado toast is decent. The space is small and got loud.

Best coffee in DC by a country mile
My son introduced me to this place; I visited twice recently (mid-December 2022). I had a sunrise burrito both days and it was excellent. There are only a few other choices. My drip coffee was very good, but not exceptional. Service was good but not exceptional. He likes to order in advance and then pick up to save the wait. I would go back -- that burrito is small but really good. I should add that they have a nice, spacious patio area in front. Very pleasant.
