The food and coffee are always great but I find myself confused about where to go, how to order items, etc. The staff are helpful though.

I came to this location somewhat early today because I had an early train departure. I figured that I would stop by this restaurant because it is one of my favorite places to go in the morning for coffee. Today I ordered a breakfast blend coffee and bagel, and I was just sitting there catching up on some business emails. Out of nowhere, I was accosted by a female security guard who practically got in my face and asked me why I was taking pictures of the food that I was eating. I explained that I was taking pictires for a review. She said that this was not allowed according to her because she is the Security Guard. I was rather stunned because I have seen for myself nearly 100 pictures of this very restaurant posted online. She was extremely hostile to me for no apparent reason other than she was bored and on some sort of a power trip. She created an incomfortable situation, and she was very confrontational with me THE CUSTOMER. I wanted to make others aware of this sitiation in the event that this Security Guard attempts to harass you, get in your face, or worse. She is not there to protect anyone.

A good place to fill up a water bottle while traveling for free. They have a soda and ice machine, most other places in the station do not

Amazing service. Everyone that works here is so friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I stopped by for a quick breakfast and I’m glad I chose Au Bon Pain out of all the other spots at union station. Best breakfast at the station

I ordered my meal on line prior to arriving at the station. My order was correct and fresh. Could not give a 5 star as it needs a good cleaning.

Service is very disjointed. One person is taking and making the orders, while the other person ignores you. One cashier when it is busy had to look for her to pay. Food was good.

The worker mixed up my friend's order with mine right before I said bye to him and went on the train. It's not like it was busy so this should have been done correctly.

I got the most delicious almond croissant I've ever had in my life! Yet, the only reason I give it 4 stars is because the sign said the croissant was 249 and it actually was 351. That's over $1 difference. I still paid it because the croissant looks so awesomely good LOL. But I don't like being surprised by prices no matter how much money I have
