My go to is the Cold Brew which has always been very dark, bold and flavorful- which I love. Just went this morning and was told the recipe was changed, now it is worse than Dunkin- light & flavorless. Please switch back to the original! Also pastries seem hit or miss- some days great and fresh, other days they can taste stale and like they've sat out for a few days. Service is always great though at both locations. Hot food sandwiches are huge & freshly made.
I love j. Rene coffee, and this was good but not as good as their main coffee shop. I loved the store idea though.
The latte was delicious same as the muffin. Unfortunately their tea selection is very limited. But if you just want coffee, it’s better than the Starbucks across the street.
Does anyone in West Hartford make palatable coffee? Must be your water. Second worst cup ever. Worst was Sophia's.
Phenomenal spot to stop in and grab some coffee. Ask about Victus and what they support. A cool cause behind their mission!
Good cappuccino. Outlets. No wifi. No music. Nice outdoor seating but no awning to protect you from the birds in the tree above. Can’t tell if they actually roast on-site — when a place has roasters in the name I assume I’ll see some roasting equipment somewhere.
Great breakfast. I highly recommend the eggs benedict. A+. It passed the test with the home fries. They were a A-.
One of my favorite coffee shops in West Hartford area. They serve good latte and espresso.
Love wondering the aisle while waiting for my latte. Rarely go home empty handed
Small coffee bar located in a larger store. Coffee was nice, 4/5, not wowed but tasted good. A few baked goods, which looked tasty. Lovely staff. Definitely will stop by again
Amazing coffee roast. Loved the macchiato 👍
My favorite coffee and my favorite coffee spot, inside the Cookshop store in WH Center. Great staff and best coffee in town.
Truly a top notch coffee shop. My order is perfect every time, staff is polite and helpful and coffee is delicious. I stop here every time I am in the area!
Popped in for bag of espresso beans and a latte.service was friendly and efficient. Bonus: I can shop for kitchen items while I wait for my drink.
Just discovered this place! Better than Starbucks, no line, cute location, and Ginny was an awesome batista :)
Best espresso/cappuccino in the area, hands down.
My wife and I recently subscribed to their coffee, and we've enjoyed the coffee thus far. We have ordered the 328 blend twice, which states that it is full bodied with structured acidity, winey, bittersweet, and nutty. We've brewed via aeropress and could get notes of nutty and bittersweet, and the acidity was present without overpowering. We hope to explore more.
Delicious coffee. Nice spot very friendly staff. Loved this place!
Best coffee in West Hartford Center.
My cafe au lait was nice... wished the cafe offered more coffee flavors such as toasted marshmallow
