Awesome little spot in the middle of Torrington. Very upscale and delicious with extremely reasonable prices! Highly recommend.
This is a great place to work out, and get a healthy pick me up when your done.
Is good too work out all the time
This place was a little hard to find because it's located in a gym but it was a lil diamond in the rough. It's hard to get fresh, healthy, inexpensive, and fast food in the NW corner. You don't have to b a member of the gym just walk in. They have awesome smoothies and smoothie bowls for a decent price. I would recommend it to anyone whose looking for real smoothies and bowls. It will probably be my new go to spot before work. Great job!
When I ma in town I get my supps here. Best smoothies around, you have to try them if your in the area
Amazing smoothies, coffee, and service. Employees are friendly and gave me tips and suggestions about what to add to my smoothie for my meal plan/ personal goals. Oatmeal cookie smoothie/ smoothie bowl is one of my favorites! However, as of now, Oatmeal cookie is a special so get there quick!!
Fantastic little cafe within Energy Fitness that features healthy, energizing shakes, smoothies, and protein bowls all at very reasonable prices! Everything is made to order; couldn't ask for anything better pre-workout!
