best cortado in CT!
Quaint little cafe in Torrington offering great drinks and locally sourced eats.
Great little place in Torrington. Recommended by a colleague, and I will definitely be spreading the word.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. I hope to make it a regular spot to eat. Very welcoming.
Nice coffee
Really good Espresso and coffee. Breakfast sandwiches and Chicken Curry Salad are well made and well seasoned. People there are nice.
Came down to Torrington just to try this place, closed with no sign at 7pm on a Saturday night. Called the number but no answer. Hours on google state Fri and Sat 5-11pm, including a specific "note from owner" saying the same. Disappointing.
I finally popped in to Brinx. Alll I can say is that it's totally unexpected awesomeness for Torrington. The coffee and lattes are terrific and the scones were fresh and delicious. It's an incredibly charming little place that one would expect to find in the West Village in New York City. What a wonderful discovery. The owner Julian is great and the barista was super friendly! We live in Colebrook and this will be definitely be our new spot.
Great coffee shop - the atmosphere, staff, food, and especially the drinks are top notch.
REAL COFFEE WITH A GREAT VIBE!
Delicious artisanal drinks, really amicable staff who seem to have great relationships with their regulars, and amazing spinach dip. What more could you ask for?
Absolutely love brinx for breakfast. I work nearby and it is hands down the best around. They have a small but cozy feel. My latte was beyond amazing. I can't wait to get another! My biggest recommendation would be to add more milk options and have a more accessible menu online. But the quality far surpasses these minor inconveniences.
We are exploring more of my BFs hometown and HOLY SHEE this place is incredible. I got the turkey prove sandwich and I swear that was the best meal I've had this week. SO good and totally worth every penny. BF says the coffee is excellent and true to taste. You gotta go here.
Great place to go and hang out. Very cool blend of coffee shop by day and bar by night!
Great lunch. Eat here when I'm in Danbury. Nice people.
Delicious food, excellent and sophisticated drinks. Great, cozy atmosphere.
Good service but prices were to high was some what good 12$ for a cup of spinach
I stopped in here one afternoon & was so pleased. Quaint little spot for breakfast. They close in the late afternoon & open back up in the evening for cocktails (which I must still try). Such friendly staff.
Excellent cocktails. The Nutcracker was divine!
Went in expecting, well, not sure what I was expecting... Staff was great, funny, and helped me decide on an order. Got a great chia, little on the smaller side of medium, but still enough, with a similarly small price, which was nice. Also, got a breakfast sandwich. Interesting combinations on the sandwiches, they do have a classic breakfast but I went with Nate's, a cinnaraison bagel BEC with chipotle mayo, again an interesting combo, might try something different if had to choose but definitely not bad. This place also functions as a bar but later in the day, would love to experience that.
