The New Haven location is awesome so I thought this one would be as well. Sadly, it was not. The cafe itself was fantastic; there is ample seating and huge windows, which make for the perfect atmosphere. Unfortunately, my iced latte tasted more like coffee-flavored sugar water. Also, due to the design, the [cold drink] cup/lid leaked coffee all over my hands and shirt every time I took a sip. I ultimately had to throw the drink away. The barista was nice enough but minimally conversational/participative. It made our interaction a bit uncomfortable, particularly as coffee houses are generally built on fostering human connection and interaction. I hate leaving a negative review--I really like the company and hope the feedback can help. I'd highly recommend visiting the New Haven location instead if you have the chance!

I grabbed a coffee and some pastries from here. The coffee was alright. Nothing to note about the flavor. The cronut was tasty.

Delicious coffee (piping hot, as it should be), scrumptious pastries, and friendly service - everything I wanted this morning. Their plain croissant was so satisfying, with an excellent flaky texture and light buttery taste (not a sad, croissant-shaped bready thing like you see in other American bakeries). Their caprese sandwich was also tasty, with a generous portion of cheese and a nice crispy panini toasted to perfection. Also open on Saturdays.

Finally a coffee shop that doesn’t burn their coffee/espresso! This shop replaces the old Blue state coffee shop. The staff here is extremely nice and attentive. Cronuts are absolutely bomb, especially the sugar coated one. I got a Cappucino there today which was perfect and delicious as well. Highly recommend checking it out. Tough to see which the small sign, hopefully they get some signage for the sidewalk to get peoples attention. Definitely my new daily coffee spot!

Cute little cafe/bakery right downtown! The barista was friendly and helpful (told me how much non-dairy was and that they serve lattes and cappuccinos even tho they aren’t on the menu). And my drink was delicious! Plenty of places to sit inside as well.

People so welcoming. Love this shop. Very cozy. New baker's breads and croissants mouth watering. Forces you to grab some fresh coffee to go with them. Welcome to DT(downtown)!

Wonderful bakery goods, great espresso and cappuccino. We had croissant, and a "superb" cinnamon caramel rol . Its clean and friendly . Hope they add more variety in their savory food selection in the near future. I understand it's a soft opening period . Definitely We recommend it !

Simply disappointing! They seem disorganized. Now with Panera Bread right up the street, and Starbucks just a skip away, this place needs more of "niche" to grab all that clientele that passes by. Now I now they just opened but more must be done, post haste!!!
