Their iced coffee is amazing! Cute and cozy + great staff I loved their avo toast, noosa yogurt with berries, golden milk latte and energy balls.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great spot to grab a coffee and do some work on a laptop.
A nice & clean place, good drinks, chill, WiFi and kind people. Thanks.
Foods boring nothing special to it. It’s fresh but you can make a better sandwich at home in 30 seconds
Nitro milkshake wasn't really a milkshake just a watered down nitro with some vanilla. The service was also a bit strange and felt as if we were interrupting them doing nothing. The glass jars could also be a bit cheaper with how high the cost of a small drink is and the exponential auto tip. Bought 2 tiny drinks for 17 dollars, which was not worth it.
Rude woman serving - we came here on our first day in Winter Park, hoping for a warm Colorado welcome and delicious breakfast. We were ‘greeted’ by a very rude lady who appeared either totally disinterested in our custom or annoyed that we were there! No smile, no warmth, couldn’t have been more unwelcoming. Food was very basic. Service was terrible.
Coffee was great, and service was even better. Such a cool looking spot and a must see if you come to Winter Park
Very poor customer service. I stood in front of two people behind bar for several minutes. They did not acknowledge me or asked me to wait. I thought they were probably busy or behind with their orders but the place was pretty much empty. I left to take a call, came back and they took the order of the next person in line. They made me wait again to take my order after I came back so I ended up leaving and did not order anything. My friend did not like her tea and my other friend who got coffee said it was ok.
great organic matcha and food
Decent coffee, overpriced food with automatic 22% tip is ridiculous. Misleading menu online, showed up and they only have 2 breakfast items less than half that were shown online. Do not recommend
I was really looking forward to trying Unravel because I saw that they had a lot of healthy menu options. I ordered the Açaí bowl for breakfast. The woman asked if it was for here or to go and I said I was probably going to eat a little here and take some to go. So she said she would just give it to me in a to go container. When they brought it out to me I was very disappointed to see there was VERY little yogurt and toppings in the to go container. The granola was also extremely salty. I paid $10 with tip for this and would not recommend.
Unravel is a classic, homey and cozy coffee shop/restaurant. I came for coffee in the morning and it was peaceful. The dining/seating area is well designed using a soothing color pallet along with sound proof windows to keep the traffic noise at a minimum. The furniture is stylish and very comfy with plenty of space to not make you feel cramped. The coffee is delicious as I had their drip coffee of the day. They certainly know how to brew coffee as this extraction was floral, had hints of citrus and a little bit of walnut. Overall, fantastic coffee and experience!
BEST coffee and customer service we’ve found in a long time, and with being from the PNW, we’re picky on coffee… seriously amazing shop.
Worst service… they haven’t s Tarted our order untill we asked. And no b Ags for order
I was just here today at 230pm and asked for a coffee and was told by the person at the front that "were done for the day with coffee" which struck me as odd on a Saturday but okay. I then left got coffee elsewhere and when I came back to meet up with friends I see another worker who I had not interacted with was making a coffee for a customer who asked for one. Very disappointing as this was a spot I was looking forward to trying and yet the lady I interacted with ruined this spot for me.
This place is great! Was looking for a coffee shop to work at in the afternoon because most of the ones close at 2pm in Winter Park. Was a little sceptical at first because it was in the hotel lobby... but that didn't matter! The vibes were great, I had an iced chia and it was so good! Ended up sitting outside the whole afternoon, the patio has amazing shade and even outlets.
great coffee, service, and vibes!
Really good food and coffee! Nice atmosphere and right on the main drag.
The food is good however, just know that you have to serve yourself and there is no service. When you purchase your food they default a 22% tip on your check. Tip for what?? We had to get our own drinks and get up to ask for Togo boxes then when we did I was also told "there's a bus tray over there for your dishes" sooo is this McDonald's or what? Like I said the food was good but the lack of service and negative attitudes they should not be asking for tips when they don't do anything for the tables.
I visited Unravel on the morning of 2/12 and went in with an absolutely absurd request for something and was immediately accommodated with huge smiles and a perfect dose of humor about my situation. We'll be returning tomorrow for breakfast because of the amazing service. Thank you so much for saving the day :) :).
