So this was our first time to visit Plume Coffee Bar. The barista was very skilled and I had a great latte. My wife decided to try the ginger limeade and she really liked it a lot. I have to say, if you are in Silver Plume and need a great coffee or refreshing drink, this is THE place to go! Thanks Plume, we will definitely be back!

Hidden gem. Coffee was so good. They were brewing Huck as the drip and it included a refill. The vibe of the shop is cozy and cute. Well decorated with lots of plants. Lots of good seating with local newspapers, locally made candles and guidebooks. The staff was so friendly and gave us recommendations. This shop is only a half mile off of 70 and we will be stopping in every time we are in the mountains. Could not recommend more. You must stop here.

Authentic coffee shop in an old western town at the top of a mountain. Plus I like the hummingbirds.

The atmosphere is very calming but has interesting decorations that add to the antique feel of the place. The barista was very friendly and welcoming. There were interesting syrups that made the lattes unique. I will be coming back frequently.

Why would I ever go to a chain coffee shop on my way to or from the mountains when Plume Coffee Bar exists? Their coffee is delicious, the little shop is super cute, plus Lucas, a huge Sarplaninac, is often there and very happy to accept pets.

The wife and I absolutely love Plume Coffee Bar and usually will go out of our way to make sure we stop in while traveling in the area. We are from Colorado Springs, but THIS is our COFFEE PLACE!!! We normally see Nancy behind the bar. She always greets us with a smile and is so gracious with local recommendations or directions. If you ever get stuck in traffic on I70 headed to or from the slopes you should stop in for a break and great coffee, with a warm atmosphere and comfortable seating. Better yet, do yourself a favor stop in regardless of the traffic. You'll be glad you did.... Especially if you try some of their specialty coffees.... Simply put they are OUTSTANDING!

Delicious cordial cherry specialty latte. Quick stop on the way to ski, located in a cute quiet little town right off the highway. Very happy they were Open early!! It was cool vibes, they also had jenga, connect 4 and other games to play while you wait or get breakfast and chill. Nice cozy atmosphere.
