Very friendly staff, quick service and very yummy beverages
There's no menu in the drive through
Went there to get my daughter her favorite drink for her birthday. They fixed the cup special and had it decorated. Really helped make the start of the day more special. Much appreciated!

Drinks are good, but sure as hell not for the wait time. Waited 30min in the waiting area. Been that way the last couple times. Drive thru is also ridiculous.
I order the same every time, and it always comes not the same.

For me, its a nice Starbucks change but several of my choices are much higher in sugar and overall calories than similar options at SB.
I can’t have coffee but I am obsessed with their chai. Once I let them know that I am allergic, I feel every precaution is taken and I know I am leaving with what I ordered. The people are very fun and the drinks are delicious!
Bomb-digity, no doubt. Best crew, best music, best drinks, even the best H2O & definitely the best vibe! The messages they add to the lids make my day.. love the atmosphere and seeing people happy at work doing what they do. An unbeatable selection for whatever you’re feeling. This particular location is busy but takes pride in their work and really care for their customers. I’ve got rebel running through my veins on the daily. Um...Dutch Bros. What else is there to say about the best iced espresso drinks out there, especially when I can get 32 oz? Not a fan of their hot drinks. For some reason, they don't have the same full flavor and texture I expect from a good coffee place.
First and last time here. My boyfriend and I decided to go to the drive-through for a quick drink. We got there around 9 PM and there was only one car in front of us. As we pulled up behind the other car, the employee was leaning so far out the window having a very loud conversation with the other customer (personal drama, not professional). It took about ten minutes until we saw the employee finally take the customer's order on the tablet. At this point, there were at least two other cars behind us. We continued to wait for at least another five minutes until the other customer received their drinks. And even after that, the employee continued to have a conversation with this customer! When we finally got to the window, the employee was super nonchalant with us. Please teach your employees about customer service and professionalism!
Love their service and drinks
I used to love this location. But as of late they have had awful customer service. I paid for an extra shot of expresso I didn't get. When advising them my friends drink was ordered with whip this is what they gave us. I'll save my money next time and go to the Starbucks across the street. It's a shame cause I brought them a lot of business ordering drinks for my friends and coworkers.
Love this place. My first time there and it was definitely a positive experience. The kids that worked there were very respectful, awesome manners and just positive attitudes! Thanks yall!!!
We go here almost daily (or more). The staff is great and keep things moving even during busy times. It’s clean on the inside and they are always well stocked. We love our local Dutch, thank you!
Update: after a year of coming here, my drink is almost always correct. The staff knows me better than I know most of them, and I love it here. Huge shout out to Kirah, Sophie and all the other incredible staff members to make this location so beautiful.
Had an appointment in the area and decided to try Dutch bros for the first time. Had an iced "caramelizer" it was fantastic. The service was good too. They take your order in person at the window, so don't get confused when you can't find a speaker in the drive thru like I did 🤣
