Cafe’ Pingado, so good! Sip, sip, sip…
This is a very special coffee shop. The owner is friendly, so knowledgeable and passionate, and just a vibrant soul who really loves his craft. He stared into my soul, asked me a few questions about my tastes, then whipped up a beautiful orange latte of happiness. Don’t skip your chance to enjoy this masterpiece!

He explained to drinks I’ve never heard of without the condescending arrogance of so many coffee people! But even more fun than meeting him and learning from him was the incredible coffee!
I don’t know who did it or how they convinced you to come all the way out to Tucson, AZ for the 22nd St. Gem Show but let me assure you that we are ALL glad you did. I had no idea that when I hit the show this morning I would get to experience the ABSOLUTE BEST Americano of my life, but it happened! Your little unassuming coffee truck setup initially promised no more than a coffee to begin the day of shopping ahead. However, it soon became apparent as I waited in line watching the warm interaction with your customers and the masterful craftsmanship that went into making my drink why it was worth the wait. My beverage was the perfect temperature, the perfect balance of flavors without any bitterness, and a light froth on top that combined to make this beyond a “good” Americano. It was an experience to be savored! So, that’s exactly what we did….had to go sit down and savor the experience. The crystals could wait! Best Americano ever and the only bad part is that I live in Phoenix and won’t be able to experience this every day! Please keep doing what you’re doing because everyone should be so lucky as to get to experience “Your Coffee Guy” be THEIR coffee guy!

Your coffee guy is my favorite coffee I’ve ever had! Not only is he so nice, but he is so knowledgable about coffee and if you tell him what you like, he’ll know exactly what to make. Would go to him every day if I could! Highly recommend.
