Didn’t know I was craving a classic pretzel with cheese until I walked by. Nostalgic and delicious. It was definitely on the pricier side but worth it
Extremely rude, no tact, I wouldn't give them my money.
RUDE staff to say the least. Made the wrong order and refused to change it without me having to pay for another. Absolutely disgusting! Stay away

Such a cute little place set in the heart of downtown. Very friendly staff, the cheesecake pops and strawberry cheesecake Gelato are to die for.
We came in and got breakfast and coffee spent about 50$. My little sister didn’t really like her coffee so she wanted to order a smoothie. She asked the lady for a smoothie she rolled her eyes and said “give me a sec.” Keep in mind we are the only people in there besides one gentleman who walked in while we were eating. He asked if they had any muffins etc before he had saw the display and the lady literally rolled her eyes at him too…. She helped him and then my little sister is still standing there waiting for her smoothie and she looks at her and says “did you need something..” my sister said “yeah… my smoothie… “ and then she rang her up and it was $4 more than what the sign said.. We said never mind and took our money elsewhere. SUPER RUDE. We were excited to come back and try the gelato and tamales but we will not be spending any more of our money in there.
4/5 is pretty accurate. I too encountered the lady who was pretty rude, although she got much friendlier after she saw I tipped. Gelato was decent and yes a little on the expensive side (as mentioned in other reviews). I might come back, but wouldn't go out of my way.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND RUDE SERVICE!!! Everything is too expensive the food is made sloppily It’s obvious that the staff does not care about their patrons. It’s easier to be nice than to be mean. DO NOT GO HERE. P.s. we are Colorado natives and this is part of what is ruining this great state.
I've been coming here for years and love this place. Even on race days they open at the crack of before dawn so people can get their coffee or whatever and the place across the street has a line out the door. They make excellent smoothies for a hot day and the tamales are excellent also. Ignore the 1 star reviews from the hipster/millenials about overpriced ice cream. It's Leadville and EVERYTHING costs more because you're in the mountains. I don't understand the reviewers who whined about the prices then paid for their food. If it costs too much for you go somewhere else! This place isn't your local hipster coffee shop on Cap Hill that's a 2 minute walk away with your husky named Aspen.
Ice cream is too expensive for the amount that is given.

The raspberry gelato is tasty. Unfortunately the customer service was horrible! The prices are also high. They were extremely rude. We were the only ones there choosing flavors when one other group walked in, the workers rudely told us to hurry up and pick and that they had a business and needed to make money. We had ordered 4 gelatos at $8-12 each. Also, most gelato shops allow a taste when choosing, they were very curt about it and said no!
Terrible. Keep driving and find coffee and ice cream somewhere else. You'll thank me later.
