Mint Condition Mocha with Dark Chocolate is highly recommended. My favorite!
I tried their cold matcha with bubbles - so creamy and the bubbles are just fantastic, the summer quencher peach with black tea - just the right amount of sweetness, both are really great and delicious. My husband got his favorite turtle mocha caribou cooler blended beverage. We're both happy about our choices.
As someone who grew up in Minnesota and drank Caribou all the time, this location has the best drinks and friendly staff.
Always fun to stop in when driving around the area. Who doesn't love a milkshake with caffeine.

Good place to stop if you're in the area near Swedish Medical Center. The parking at Swedish is atrocious. Drop off your loved one and go get a Caribou coffee. Better quality than Starbucks, but this is probably stating the obvious. Food is fine. Its not restaurant quality, but it doesn't pretend to be. If you want a high quality restaurant meal, go to Steakhouse 10 down the street when you finish your coffee
Some friendly folks here. Whipped up a delicious iced green tea fast! Nice spacious indoor seating area.

I'm not a coffee person. But I went here with a friend to hang out and talk. Nice quite place not busy. Food is good. Employees are friendly.

Best service best coffee Matt is amazing at what he does!! Loved the crew at the colfax location prior to closing that location makes it hard to enjoy the service because they were so good at the customer experience but Matt does really good at making a point to feel apart of the caribou family
The staff were so welcoming when we entered the building and pleasant and jovial as we were placing our orders. I am a gluten-free vegetarian and they actually had a breakfast in which on their menu that is gluten free and vegetarian so I was very excited!

The coffee is absolutely amazing!! Honestly how much I love the products I wish the customers service experience matched!! I am a rewards member who drinks coffee from caribou almost 3/4 times a week and honestly they are rude!! They make a point to continue to sound friendly in there tone but very unnecessary comments that are quite condescending!! I also spend money through Uber and the coffee I drink is NEVER listed so I call and they make a point to let me know they are irritated when you would think I order so often they would acknowledge me as a good customer and that’s definitely not the case!! On top of mistakes made wrong coffee and when you call to let them know they point the finger at you and argue like I did something wrong!! I have 15 years in sales and customer service if you need help with training
I ordered a "splash" of half and half in my black coffee and it came out pretty much white. Like 3 parts cream 1 part black coffee. They used to do well and now they ruin every order.
Best hot chai, full of flavor, the helpful staff guided me through their menu of things I could have that were gluten free.
My wife, adult son and I visited this coffee shop for the first time yesterday afternoon and really enjoyed it. The location was convenient, the outside of the shop was pleasing to the eye, there was adequate parking, we were welcomed upon entering, the employee who took our order was friendly, patient, and efficient, our coffee and pastries were delicious! and reasonably priced, there was plenty of different kind of seating in the clean dining room, there were lots of bags of coffee, cups, etc., for sale nicely placed on displays in the shop, there was free, working, Wi-fi, the one restroom was clean (the other was closed for repair), and the A/C kept the temp cool & comfortable in the dining room.

It was the worst coffee I’ve ever had - did not taste like coffee at all. The food was just ok. The staff is very nice
