Check your receipts...ask for prices beforehand
The staff was friendly, but the milk chocolate Carmel candy seemed old. We typically love Rocky Mountain Chocolate, but today in Crested Butte, the milk chocolate carmel was hard and not the smooth creamy texture we love.
Great tasting Ice Cream! The lady there is very nice and welcoming! So much selection to choose from. Quite pricey, but you get PREMIUM deserts!
Great place to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings!
EVERYTHING here is Delicious. From the caramel apples, to the chocolates and oohhh the ice cream AMAZING 😍😍😍👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Varied assorted candies..ice cream too
Overpriced!!! Spent $4 and some change on one little chocolate AND they asked for a tip on top of the atrocious price..
Loved everything we got. Raspberry jelly stix! Oh my! Friendly people
Really disappointed at this Rocky Mountain chocolate factory. Normally I have the apple pie apple caramel apple but they didn’t have it. So I opted just to get a plain caramel apple The caramel just wasn’t the same. It was not the same quality that we’re used to when frequenting the Rocky Mount chocolate factory. We also asked for it to be sliced and it wasn’t sliced and it was hard to get a cutting utensil at the hotel.
It was my 15th wedding anniversary and I love surprises. My husband and I treated ourselves to $200 worth of Bears and Truffles. A Bear has your choice of nuts (Peanut, Almond, Cashew, or Pecans), caramel, and then covered in dark, white, or milk chocolate. Yes, I am blessed I tried each and every choice! Thank You!!
Friendly people and grabbed a bag full.
The best raspberry truffles I've ever had. The ice cream is good too. The service is always excellent. All of the sweets are a cut above. I highly recommend it.
While both the service and the ice cream were excellent, I must give this experience 1 star due to my snack being served using 100% plastic. Going forward I will opt for other shops nearby that use paper and biodegradable products.
Delicious
Pretty pretty goooood!!!!!!!
My husband bought two candy-coated apples July 16 and didn't unwrap them until we got home. I wish I had looked them over before leaving town. They were not up to the quality we've had at the RMChoc Factory in Estes Park. The apple's coating was was skimpy at best, and looked old with pieces falling off. Definitely nowhere near recently-made looking. When I picked up mine the wooden stick pulled right out revealing a greatly discolored apple core, well beyond what you'd expect for a cut apple exposed to the air. In fact, there was mold. The candy-coated apples from Estes Park have all looked well coated and intact every time we've bought them. We've even saved them for the next day and they still looked and tasted great. So, just a head's up. Make sure you check your candied-apples before you leave the Crested Butte RM Chocolate Factory store.
A great place to get yummy treats as you stroll Elk Ave in Crested Butte
I am slightly horrified by my experience there. After lunch came here for a scoop of ice cream and the lady with bleach blonde hair took my order with barehands and long witch finger nails, picked up the cone barehanded (when the girl working beside her had gloves on serving others) then she got my friends truffle and then coughed in her hands saying excuse me and then she handed it to him. Disgusting.
Got some sweet treats for me and they have treats for doggos too.
A landmark with top quality treats and coffee that cannot be overlooked.
