Relaxed atmosphere and chill vibes. Happy to know there’s vegan options! I had a mushroom soup of the day, which was to die for! Cool place for a quick lunch or snack

Rude bartender/waitress and possibly the worst chicken pita I’ve ever had. 🤢

Haven’t eaten there recently but I received excellent service from Kezia when I called to buy a gift card that can be used at Pitas and at Birdies. Kezia was polite, efficient and careful in taking down the information she needed to complete my purchase. She even texted me today to let me know she had mailed the card to me. I’ll certainly eat there next time I’m in CB.

Food was so so. BBQ pita was good. Service was excellent. Not too impressed especially with what we paid.

Awesome gyro and fries. Went with the family and didn’t have to take out a loan to do so.

Great food, and consistently good pitas. I'm not a fan of the tahini dressing, but otherwise salad was great too.

We split a gyro, very tasty. Skip the flavored seltzer water, not worth the price. Very busy but sat outside.

Recently I visited the Pitas in Paradise on Elk Avenue in Crested Butte (they also have a location in Gunnison, which I have not yet visited). It was lunchtime on a weekday, and the patio was packed on a beautiful June afternoon. We waited in line to order inside near the bar area, and there were about 10 people in line ahead of us. Once you order, they give you a number and then the wait staff brings your food to your table. I ordered a large Caesar salad with gyro meat, and my brother ordered the O.G., which is a gyro with curly fries. The gyro meat on my large Ceasar salad was a little dry, and their dressing was a little uninspired. The curly fries were the highlight of the meal. However, the patio seating was festive and there is great people-watching. The inside bar was pretty packed for a weekday afternoon, and there is ample indoor seating.

Solid place that's been here for a while with both indoor and outdoor seating. TVs inside playing popular sports. Drinks are self serve fountain, and the soup bar usually has 2 selections, and it's always good - bean & ham is awesome. I usually order a classic gyro with double meat. The gyro meat is similar texture to a Philly cheese steak sandwich. It's ok on flavor, their bread is great, and the portion size is generous.

Pitas is a fun place. Cool outdoor patio with high top style seating that looks out to the street. The food is a big winner with my kids, and I love the BBQ pulled pork pita. Check it out on a Sunday with a Broncos game... this is by far the most fun place to be on those days.

Sports bar and great food, what else do yall want? This place is the go-to for quick and cheap food on Elk Street. Is there better gyro elsewhere? Probably, but definitely nowhere within 100 miles of here!
