Clean, nice atmosphere, yummy sandwiches. I shall return
I heard such amazing things but I wasn’t that wowed sadly. Bread was good though. I love corned beef. Although it was lean it’s shredded which would be fine but it was dry and tough and hard to chew — couldn’t even make it through the whole sandwich. Pickle was terrible and not sure why. I don’t like that I had to order online and give my email address. That really made me upset but I guess it’s easier for them when they are busy. Very clean nice place.
UPDATE: Changing it to 1 star bc they raised the price of the 8 oz Vegan cream cheese from like $4ish to $6ish so I stopped buying it AND I went in today to get a bagel to-go it was a multi grain bagel, vegan CC & TOMATO for $7 with tip ?!? AND THEY FORGOT THE TOMATO…won’t ever go back or recommend anymore :((( This place is incredible but I cannot believe the Vegan cream cheese is really Vegan it’s too good to be true. Also wish they knew the ingredients in the Latkes. Carbondale is so grateful to have this healthier alt. eatery since all the others have since closed. I’m just so grateful 🙏 😋
Great spot, great food, great service. A cornucopia of delicious foods and drinks. An excellent addition to the food scene of Carbondale.
Best baked goods in the RFV. Period. Sticky Buns are perfectly textured, with caramelized sugar and pecans on the top and a warm, soft, and cinnamon-y inside. I don't normally want scones. But the strawberry scone with homemade icing that Simone convinced me to try to "change my mind about scones" did just that. It was sweet, but not too sweet, moist, and strawberry-y. I won't go anywhere else for pastries in the valley. Thank you Plosky's, and good work.
Everything is dank. Staff is super friendly and fun. Good tunes in the background too.
Bagels are 10/10. Ingredients are fresh. Modern feel to the deli/cafe.
Valley native. Skeptical at first but we’ve been very impressed. I’ve gone 3 days in a row this week! We’ve had lunch and breakfast. All very good and great coffees/matchas. One of our new go to’s for sure!
They have bagels...but no tuna salad. C'mon now. Then tried for egg salad ...and they were out. On a SUNDAY.
Ate here for the first time today with my family and know it is going to be our go to from now on in carbondale. The ingredients were delicious and fresh, and overall the sandos were delicious. The one thing I would say is that my family is a lot of avid pickle fans and the side pickle fell a bit short for us. Its a sweet pickle and was a bit tired, small and limp. We could taste that this same pickle was used in the hot pastrami sandwich and was great there but in general we are looking for a traditional kosher dill pickle on the side. Maybe we will bring our own pickles! Overall, spectacular. Thank you!
Pretty good. Sandwiches are good but their pickles are AWFUL! Whatever you do, dont let them put them on your sandwich, it will ruin it. They're sweet with an after-taste. Deli pickles should not be sweet. Ever. Also, they don't offer a corned beef sandwich, just a cornwd beef sandwich on rye with mustard - a must for any real deli.
I had a delicious breakfast sandwich here, this place is great!!
Best bagels in the valley
Just got coffee but I will definitely go back
Food is super tasty!
Everything here is amazing!
Excelente lugar,limpio,buen servicio,economico y todo muy delicioso!..
Great sandwiches and bagels! Only bagel I’ve eaten in Colorado that reminds me of NJ/NYC bagels!!
This is a super hip place to grab a sandwich and a coffee with both indoor & outdoor seating.
I’m visiting from out of town and thought I’d give this place a try. My wife and I went in to order takeout from the counter. The vibe was very welcoming— bright, clean, modern. Nostalgic 90’s rock. A cool and comfortable looking lounge area. It’s a particularly busy day due to the Mountain Fair nearby, so we did have to wait about 20 mins for our order to be ready, and there wasn’t a very obvious, comfortable place to stand in the meantime— always felt like we were in someone’s way. I ordered the pastrami on rye. It was extremely good. Great balance of flavors, and fresh tasting bread. My wife ordered the greek sneak, and she said it was good, but not amazing— bread was a little flimsy and insides fell out. We would definitely and happily go back. My wife wants to try the salads which she said looked really good, from what she saw others eating. My rating is giving a little benefit of the doubt, because I suspect our experience would be better on a less particularly busy day.
