I loved working at Ink in Aspen. Me and the Boss at the time Dylan G. would score blow. Which in Aspen isn't hard to find. And it would make nights closing by myself a lot more fun...lol.
Couldn't even give the 4th shot on a 20 Oz americano, weak.
Perhaps the worst customer service. On their phones. Horrible frozen burrito. Coffee is not great either. Would not return.
Perfect little spot for joe in a great location
Ordered a chai tea and it was watered down and cold. Hot chocolate 🍫 tasted pretty good 👍.
I wish the staff was more customer oriented. While we were placing an order, they started chatting with each other and it felt that we are unwanted guests who distract them from their conversation. Coffee is so-so, pastries were fresh though
Th best coffee in Aspen. The staff is super friendly and great vibes. I tried most of the coffee shops in Aspen and I 100% recommend ink coffee.
Loved the coffee avlanace is must try
Decent place with high price tag.
Absolutely horrendous service from the guy working here. He is sitting at a table watching a moving in a foreign language with the sound turned up very loud and he refused when I asked him to turn it down.
Mediocre coffee and absolutely terrible bagels. The bagels came out of a bag from the grocery store. They were burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside. The croissant was heated up in the microwave. For 3 bagels, 1 croissant and 2 coffees we spent nearly 30 Dollars. This used to be a very good store. Now it is abysmal. Surely, Aspen can do better. How does this store survive with such poor quality food?
They didn't have Bagels. Got breakfast burritos which we couldn't finish eating. I've had better gas station burritos. Coffee was Meh
My all time favorite coffee shop. I go in almost daily to get a blended powder day and it hits the spot every time. The staff is super friendly and great vibes all around. I would 100% recommend going if you're passing through town or grabbing a quick pick me up in-between shifts at work, like I do. Service is fast and the dudes at the bike shop next door are super friendly too. 10/10 would recommend.
Just can't bring myself to order coffee from a place that smells like bike tires. Walked in. Sniffed. Walked out. Not my kind of coffee shop.
My friends and sister and I were in on Thursday, March 31st, and we were so disappointed with the two employees working. We are locals and love ink coffee and the male and female acted as if they had something better to be doing. They were super short and unfriendly. My sister didn’t have her glasses and couldn’t read the menu so asked the dude if they had matcha latte and his response was “the menu is right there” (!) Maybe they were having an off day but the attitudes were super lame. We tipped him well of course and were polite but seriously, there are other places to get great coffee and service in Aspen..
Excellent drink. White caramel was delicious.
Terrible employee attitude towards customers. Guy with the beanie and glasses at the register would’ve preferred we didn’t even talk to him. He would sigh whenever we would ask questions too. Terrible, never coming back here again. If I wasn’t so hungry and cold at the time I literally would have left because of his shi**y attitude. I see there are other ratings with similar ratings and the owner responds that “they’ll do better”, clearly still haven’t done anything. Food was average, nothing special same for coffee. This is literally my first review of any place, just to give you an idea of how terrible the service was.
I was there October 20 at about 10 and it was closed. Google maps says it’s open…
It used to be my favorite spot in aspen but not anymore. Menu doesn’t have a prices and now I know why!!?? $8 for large latte? Come on, man
We were there 2-3 min after they opened @ 6:30. I ordered 4 espresso shots over ice. I got an Americano with water added. This is a typical mistake, but that makes them average. I did not ask for a remake. It is also typical that when you get the first shot or so in the AM that the espresso tastes a bit earthy / moldy. This was also the case. A better espresso place would run a few shots through at 6:20 before their first guests came in. All of this is average - and typical.
