best gelato in the valley, top 3 in the state. I always stop in. their vegan flavors are fire too. the baked goods are solid. Mostly the muffins, sweat breads and cookies. the breakfast burritos are excellent when they are on, and just ok when not. 50/50 in my experience the espresso is dark, so go affogato! location is great. lines are real.

Paradise is the best for breakfast sandwiches, muffins, cookies, ice cream etc. - an exceptional bakery. I’ve been visiting Aspen for 20+ years and this place is a staple of Aspen breakfast and dessert.

Went there on a Wednesday, just before 10 am, had to wait for 20 minutes, which is not bad. We’re a party of four, three out of the four had breakfast items. Their egg omelets are good, light and fluffy but the only ‘miss’, IMO, is the sausage on their omelet: seemed to be a bit short on flavor. I had a lunch item, the avocado chicken salad and it was very good.

The baked goods were very disappointing. We missed the morning train and went after AM ski to grab some cookies and such. We had high expectations given the ratings. The goodies had a poor taste profile. Their choc chip and black diamond cookies tasted like packed sugar and that is about it. We hope to go back first thing in the morning and hopefully someone at PBC reads this and looks into why their goodies are so tasteless by the afternoon.

Best croissants in Aspen for sure. Fresh, buttery and delicious. My Mocha was good too. We also had a Blueberry muffin but that was missing citrus I think. But everyone wss friendly, kind and fast. Definitely a must visit in Aspen.

Paid almost 15 dollars for 2, 1 scoop cups. There was probably 2 dollars worth of ice cream in the cup. Prices are just ridiculous for the tiny proportions. That goes for the bakery to.

Ordered muffins, ice cream, brownie and hot apple cider. Everything we ordered was great. The only issue we encountered is our chocolate chip cookie was not placed in our bag.

Something strange happened to me at this ice cream parlor. Maybe you could clarify it. I paid for an ice cream at the front desk and immediatly someone gave me a small cone with one ball of the ice cream flavor I ordered. I thought it was too small for the 6+ dollars I paid, but then thought, of course it is expensive, It's Aspen. However a few seconds later someone appeared at the small windows with a big cone in hand yelling the flavor I asked seconds before. I thought that was strange that someone asked the same flavor as I did almost at the same time, an it was late in the evening so only a few people were there. But after a while when I was walking towards my hotel, I thougt that maybe that was my ice cream cone and the small one that they gave me at the front door was just a complementary sample or something. Of course, this is something stupid but I wonder about that from time to time. So maybe the people of the Paradise Bakery may clarify it.
