$9 croissant is likely slightly marked up. Love the hotel otherwise.
If I were writing this last year, I would have given 5 stars, as the coffee has been excellent in the past, but today she forgot the vanilla (which I realized after I had left) and didn’t do any latte art, which sounds snooty, but if I’m paying $10 for a coffee, it better be pretty fancy and on previous trips, the baristas have done beautiful latte art. If today had been my first experience, I can’t say I’d go back, but maybe she was just having an off day?
We stopped here early in the morning to warm up with a nice cup of coffee and pastry before our day up in the mountain. Like everything else in Aspen it's pricey for what you get. The pastries were actually delicious while the coffee fell a little short but was still good. They were nice enough to explain what each of the pastries were which made our decision making a little easier so we appreciated that. Definitely stop by!
Great food and service
Connected to the adjoining Hotel Jerome. FRC offers a 5-star space/ambiance where the air feels like it’s always golden hour. The coffee is also quite good for sipping away in the daydreamy space. The hot chocolate and croissant ($11) were less than meet the eyes, average at best esp. for the price.
The atmosphere is super neat and the coffee was wonderful with the homemade nut milks. Don’t understand the hate.
The only coffee spot to be at in Aspen! Order the smores drink and enjoy the show
One of the best places to eat in Aspen! I get that everywhere Aspen is expensive, but it is totally worth it! I highly recommend the hot chocolate, they have amazing marshmallows!!!
Great little spot. Limited coffee menu that is all espresso focused. If you’re looking for a good espresso drink and a cool atmosphere to relax in this is the spot.
Caramel latte is superb.
Coffee was very bitter
Amazing coffee. Really good matcha. Highly recommend. And the pastries are a dream as well. Can’t wait to come back soon 🤍 Ps. Their homemade nut milk is so tasty (please don’t ever stop making it, so much better than any store bought “nut milk” and just clean ingredients instead of added flavour, gums etc…).
Amazing coffee, beautiful decor. The baristas are very kind as well!
Good service, nice vibe, but $6+ for an espresso? Slightly bitter, too.
I love this new coffee cafe in Aspen. Great pastures and coffee. The lattes with their homemade nut milk is so tasty. I love meeting friends and clients here
Enjoyed the atmosphere...great coffee and croissant as well!
Favorite coffee spot in Aspen
Really good cold brew, cute space. Small selection of pastries and bagels too.
Barista couldn’t understand English very well at all and it made the experience stressful in an already stressful morning. No massive deal to some but it made me very anxious.
people complaining about high prices… you are in aspen lol
