Stopped for lunch while on a road trip. Had the turkey sandwich, very good. Also took some yummy turnovers and scones for the road. They had a fundraiser going on with dog biscuits for sale, my dogs loved them.

I met 3 friends here for lunch. I ordered the half salad, half sandwich. The salad was good with about 6 different ingredients. The sandwich was chicken salad on wheat. The chicken salad itself was good, but the bread really fell apart while I tried to eat it. I'd suggest requesting the bread toasted. It also came with some tortilla chips. Someone ordered a burrito, can't remember everyone else. Not many comments from them on the food.

Pulled into this place after a long time on the road, and the only thing I would try to improve on is parking. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the potato soup was spot on!

Super slow workers. The bakery goods are all named wrong. They claimed it was crazy busy, but there was only a couple people.

Best London Fogs I've ever had from anywhere in America. I dont know how they do it but no where makes them like Ellie's.

Lovely little cafe. Tables for dining, a bar for individual seating, and a cozy little corner next to a fire place with books and a chess board available. I was greeted with a friendly, warm, and helpful staff. This place feels homey. It was the perfect spot for me to stop and grab a bite to eat while getting some work done on the road. I'll be stopping here again next time I'm passing through.

Great place for homemade soups, pastries and sandwiches. I was so impressed I almost called the restaurant from the road to express my delight. Cheddar broccoli soup, chicken, cranberry, celery salad on fabulous bread and a raspberry cream turnover, oh my. It is our new go to stop for fresh and delicious food!

After hours in the car on our way home, we pulled up to Ellie's just moments before they closed. We poked our head in the door and asked if they were still open. They said they were closing but invited us in and graciously took our orders. The sandwiches are delish and the bread is amazing! Ellie's is a hidden gem, and so are the gals who run it! 🙌
