I was not greeted and the employees were not friendly.
Love it too bad this place is so far from my house I'm stuck with Starbucks not that there's anything wrong with Starbucks but I am the Coffee Bean and Tea Company type of girl anyway the guy at the cashier was super friendly and super nice he helped me decide what drink to get the drink was so good I believe it was called a sweet caramel macchiato possibly whatever it was it was Heaven

This place went downhill so bad over the last few years. Except for a few OG employees, who are great, the rest of the bunch is just slightly rude and more than slightly unintelligent. They lack basic common sense and basic customer service skills. I won't be back any time soon.
Small space, clean but a little bit run down, with music playing a little too loud for a comfortable conversation. The coffee, La Cascada, was woefully weak, very disappointing. Won't go back.

Good fast coffee. I had an oat milk cap and an egg white egg bite which tasted very much like Starbucks.
Everyone at this location is very nice and great at what they do!!! Great place for coffee, blended drinks and sandwiches and other tasty treats.come in and check them out. Or order ahead on line, and don't forget to download the app, could get you some free drinks or food. If You would like to help improve this community of the Taluca Lake, North Hollywood Area's and business like this One... please encourage and demand that local Law Enforcement, and Emergency Services Respond in a timely manner in support of local businesses.
I found out after drinking Coffee Bean tea lattes that the medium (16 oz) matcha latte has 56 grams of sugar and the chai latte has 44 grams of sugar, according to their website. The staff was not able to tell me this when I asked. That's more than a 16 oz bottle of coke! This is an insane amount of sugar for a tea drink. Even their "no sugar added" vanilla powder has 4 grams of sugar per 1.5 tablespoons.
I love the green tea frozen blended matcha with oat milk and yes I keep the whip cream it’s lighter but tasty
Barista Akina needs to get terminated asap! Has the worst customer service ever, I thought maybe she’s having a bad day but this is my second time coming here and unfortunately it’s always her taking my order and it’s the same experience all the time.
I arrived at this location just a few moments prior to closing, I could have not asked for a heart-warming, and pleasant experience. Juan and Iliana deserve the best praises for their positive attitudes even when its just a few minutes before closing time.
Always treat me right. Last time reg coffee was not brewed so offered me Americano instead. Problem I DO have is w the app. I have around 3000 points built up, so I get a free drink. But like never before the last 2 times before I got to redeem them, the offer expired. 😕 Not the way to treat a decades loyal customer! Thus, despite how wonderful Im treated by those working at Coffee Bean is why I'm giving a"not that satisfied" overall review
They brewed a fresh pot for me. They took pride in their coffee. I'm going back.

I ordered an iced matcha latte! It was delicious! I loved it so much I pretty much drank it all before I remembered to take a picture! Haha. I got it made skinny with nonfat milk and Splenda. My son got an iced caramel drink. He said it was very tasty It! It smelled like a see's candy store in my car with our drinks it smelled so yummy! Only thing I dont like is the parking here it says more parking in back but I rather wait for the little parking thats in front near everything there on that little corner. There's a few other places right there on the corner.
I have to give a star because they have no lower rating. Cashier was rude, yelling, didn't pay attention to customer and caused a scene. I walked out because he along with another customer (behind me) were ganging up on me. Service SUCKS HERE

Getting my seasonal drink kick with coffee bean this year. Good service, friendly staff and good drink. I got a pumpkin ice latte here and it's good. More flavor than Starbucks and better prices.
