Made me wait forever
The evening staff is amazing! I would only come in a couple times a week but they knew my order and were very professional and friendly! Such a talented group!
Convenient location with parking lot Had drip coffee only. So can't comment about other selections here. Coffee was pretty good
If you like wasting 15 minutes to get a coffee come here. Every single time. Nothing changes. Speed is NOT a priority here and never has been.
Regular Peet's Coffee. Not too crowded and place to sit inside and outside.
Update Jan 2023 Is it just me? The last two times I've been here, the latte was half empty. Mostly foam. Back to my Nespresso ---- I call this the snobby peet's, because the clientele here seems snobby. It could be due to this Peet's being right next to real estate title companies, but you always see wealthy looking people chatting about how well their rental units are doing. It's a little hassle to get here because you can only go into their plaza while you're driving north so expect an U-Turn. Other than that, I never had a problem here. Drinks come out fast and as asked for :)
Worst service ever. 1 employee at the register. She spoke with two customers- 10 minutes! 1 employee was cleaning 1 bathroom. Mia. When the $6.50 drink was ready the barista gave a scowl! Management is terrible at this location. I’ve been here multiple times previous and it was never like this. Avoid this location.

Drop coffee and macchiatos are my go to here. There’s decent space to sit inside and a nice outdoor seating area.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the baristas make an effort to get your order exactly to your taste.
The staff was great everything is clean, quite so it’s easy to work but I am not much of a coffee person and hated the cold brew

Quiet coffee shop. Fast and friendly service. Outdoor seating; far enough away from Satatoga-Sunnyvale road to be able to chat. Asked for a mocha, received a mocha.

One of the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen at a Peets location up to date. Very unsightly toilet paper on the floor, dirty mirrors, empty supplies and just trash all about the floor.
They were very kind to me when I walked in and ordered a Starbuck specialty. Senior moment.
This is my go-to meet up spot with people. The staff are friendly and I always enjoy my hot chocolate with whipped cream.
