Zoe is one of the best baristas encountered! Not only was she nice and upbeat so early in the morning, she also made an incredible coffee!
Used to be better but now there are certain employees that are very mean.
Sure, it’s a chain, but it’s still excellent. Great, strong coffee. Just tried food for the first time and would rate that as 5 stars too. Much tastier and fulfilling options than other options (looking at you, Starbucks).
I love Peet's coffee for it's bold drip coffee selection, as well as the solid espresso based drinks. This Peet's is no different in terms of the quality of its drinks. However I think the customer service could be improved when placing an order in-person. I used to feel welcome coming in to the store up until recently. The lady who appears to be in charge has not been as friendly nor welcoming to me as a paying customer on several recent visits. It has come to the point where it almost feels like she's doing me a favor. I will say that this is isolated to her as the other staff are much friendlier and welcoming. I will update my review if the service improves.
I'm normally a Starbucks guy so I went to the Corner Bakery across the street from this shop to get a latte. When the machines were broken I walked across to Peet's and I'm glad I did. Peet's coffee is smoother than Starbucks and it was a pleasant place.

This review is specifically for Marilyn (I think is her name. She has long brown hair and is in her early 20s). I was having issues with the Peets app and connectivity and wanted to redeem some points and a coupon I had. Marilyn tried to help me but I had no reception, so she helped me out with redemption on my drink. The manager (I think) with glasses overheard me talking about it to my friend and asked me what had happened, then went over and spoke to Marilyn about it like she shouldn’t have done that. What’s so sad is that Marilyn did a great job, helped me out and I would have definitely stopped by this Peets when I pass through SB again. But the manager (or lead, whoever she was) listening in to my conversation and then talking to Marilyn about the situation made me feel what she did was wrong, when she was trying to make it right. Please give Marilyn a shout out and a raise. She’s great!

Got a frappe was extremely watery 3rd time this happened SAD. Never had this problem anywhere else.

This location is awesome! My husband and I stopped in here on our way up north and the service was excellent. Stephane made the whole experience great. Came in again recently and the quality of the staff has really gone down hill... having to knock off two stars due to the poor service and quality of service.
This is a fantastic place! I was feeling delighted when I came here yesterday. I like your staves because they were so accommodating and courteous. For me, you are the best coffee shop here in our place. You keep up the excellent and fast service, guys! Thank you so much! Cheers for more clients!
