Pretty crowded on weekends. They have different kinds of coffee. The one we had was simple and not strong really(for dark one), wouldn't say it was bad either. It's more like a coffee drink than real coffee. We had a plants based sandwich, and it was amazingly tasty. Also, their almond croissant was just to die for! It was one of the best we ever had. Generally nice place to grap fast breakfast! It's definitely worth trying!
super good vibes, and good service. an employee literally came over to me to ask if my drink was good then offered to make me something else. it doesn't really get better than that

Wonderful coffee. They take the time to get it right. Super rich and bold, but none of the unpleasantness of harsher brewing methods.

Located in the mall , really close to San Ramon park, Busy on Sundays usually mobile orders are faster .
It’s good but damn it’s expensive yet good coffee. Knocking off one star because they don’t have a reward system lol

Late UPDATE: For the past six months, at least, the store hours have been reliable and the coffee consistently delicious. 5 stars. My 3-star review from January 2022: I love the coffee -when they get it right. As another reviewer noted, the coffee is rather inconsistent at this location. The last Turkish I got here tasted like it didn't even have coffee in it. Huh? The staff has always been great - when they are actually open. Unfortunately, they are almost never open even close to the posted hours. Hey Philz SR: Update your hours to reflect your staffing! It sucks to travel here and find it consistently closed several hours earlier than what is posted. For that reason, I'd drive the extra miles to Walnut Creek where the hours and coffees are more consistent, and there is a great Italian deli next door.
