I do not recommend this place, came in here there was about 3 people in front of me and no one to take your order. Someone had to go into the kitchen and ask for help while an employee was outside cleaning tables. Finally got our order and the 1-$10 is not true all their sandwiches are more than $10. I ordered a macchiato and it tastes like drinking straight espresso shots. We waited $30 minutes to get our full order. When I went to follow up on my food one of them shouted at me they were working on it. Where was that energy when we were waiting for someone to appear!? The sandwiches had an awkward taste to them. Spent about $80 completely not worth it.

Food is really good. Service can be slow depending on how busy they get since there's only one or two people working at a time (brunch time)

It's a very spacious place. Lots of room if you're meeting with a lot of people. There are no visible outlets that i saw so make sure you have your power. Also. Reason for the three stars and not more is because it is attached to a seafood restaurant and so it smells like fried seafood. So if that's not your thing it won't be so good.

No outlets. Not a great place to get a coffee to do work or study.

Coffee is ok, location is not great not a very nice place to sit outside. All the ingredients are from Costco and they use terrible oat milk… staff is very nice this place would be so much better if they just used better quality ingredients.

The fastest coffee purchase experience you'll ever have - perfect for the morning commute. The location is a little dark.

Rude staff. Seriously asked me if I wanted a glass for my sm btb wine. Multiple screaming children. Oh...and was sick as soon as I left the restaurant. Disappointed beyond belief. Waist of money and my time.

Upon arriving at Crema, we ordered 2 drinks and went on a search to plug in our laptops to work for about an hour. We admired the fact that we could stay here and get coffee and then work and get dinner as well along with a glass of wine later through the attached restaurant. We had a hard time finding an outlet until we found one outside next to the space heater. We started working and were approached by one of the employees. “We can’t allow you to plug in your laptop due to safety concerns. Sorry about that.” Astonished, we unplugged and got only enough work done until our laptops died. We left without buying dinner, and without purchasing any wine. Shame. They missed out on extra business. Certainly won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend to anyone who wants a nice environment with coffee to work at.

Pretty good coffee, but tea selection is very weak (Bigelow). Pastries and quiches are definitely awesome. Service has been confusing and kindof blunt at times, but I wouldn't say "bad". Atmosphere would be better if it wasn't joined with a restaurant.

First time there was disappointed thought it was a sit down place where you have someone come and take your order. The food was okay was able to try it for the first time probably will not go back.

Came to do some work and take a meeting after lunch during the week. Good street parking and plenty of space inside fornseating individually or groups. Plenty of menu options to choose from and drinks. Ambiance is nice albeit the music is a tad bit too loud but not loud enough you have to yell at your guests. Plenty of table space to get work done and my dirty chai tea latte was great!

One of my 2 favorite Coffee shops to visit when in San Jose. (The other is the Crema just down the road on the Alameda.

The place looks pretty good but was slightly disappointed with the drink. Tried the red velvet latte but it didn't live up to the hype.

My girlfriend and I came in to grab some coffee and food before heading out to work. Saw a lot of great reviews so thought we’d give it a try. Coffee was not good - it just tasted burnt. Whatever - no big deal. However, we also ordered a breakfast burrito, and that’s why I’m writing this review. It was taking awhile for them to make it, so I went up to check for an update. Well…it took a long time because the manager was too busy talking to a friend of hers that was in town. When I came up to her to ask her nicely if our burrito was ready, she gave me a dirty look as if I was an annoyance. My bad - so sorry that your little friend was in town and that you didn’t take the day off to hang with her. Anyways, she made the burrito - and burnt it by the way, and just threw it on the tray with that same dirty look. I didn’t even bother saying anything…wasn’t worth it since she obviously cares more about talking to her friend than running a business. Definitely won’t be coming back. Shoutout and props to the poor kid working the register AND making the coffee while the manager was hanging with her friend instead of working. Hey manager, next time take the day off next time so you don’t have to ruin other peoples day!

Much gratitude to Nathan for making a great London Fog while he was trying to close. Thanks, Nathan. You made Crema my new tea shop.

Wow, not sure what happened here since they have great reviews. Was expecting something like Blue Bottle or The Verve. Short walk after breakfast at The Breakfast Club nearby. Place was pretty empty, and it took awhile for one employee to appear. The cappucino took less than 10 seconds from order, very fast. Was concerned that the plastic gallon jug of whole milk was less than half full, and looking puffy. Wanted to order cake or pastry but after seeing the few in the display looking old and crusty, decided to pass. Should have passed on the coffee too. It was horribly bitter and sour. I could not continue drinking after forcing a couple of sips. Stomach did get a little bloat, which happens when the whole milk isn't the freshest. First table we sat at was covered in grease. It seems like they share the space with a fish n chips place.
