The atmosphere is always so nice. The food taste delicious. I always love the Horchata iced latte and the mazapan!. Avocado toast is also a must try! I have yet to be disappointed. Oh and you can also receive loyalty points!! As far as location, parking is a bit of a hassle but a parking garage is located close by.

Drove 3 hours to come and get what they advertise on Instagram the big pan dulce big cup of coffee just for them to not have nomore. When I spoke to the manager she just said yeah nomore til tomorrow morning. I said we drove 3 hours just for that she just said oh sorry but the whole time was looking everywhere else but at me. Then we ordered drinks and they tasted nasty I had to put 7 sugar packets just to be able to drink it. Worse experience ever. Girls here are rude. And it don't even look like it does on Instagram it's dirty and very hot.

When i arrived i saw a line out the door and was almost bummed out. But i remembered that good things take time, so i decided to wait and it was definitely worth it. Erika greeted us so warmly and took our order with a smile and was answering our questions. We asked for food and drinks (I’ll attach some photos with descriptions) and it all tasted as good as it looked. Which was amazing. Solo hay 5 estrellas but I’ll give it 10/10

The coffee here is not that good and neither is the service. I got their mazapán latte and it tasted like milk. I won’t ever come back. Their workers weren’t even knowledgeable of the product they were selling when I asked what type of coffee they sold.

This place is so unorganized. The communication is bad. We came on a Saturday around 2pm I believe, no seats packed out. We asked the waitress to put us on the waitlist to be seated inside. She mentioned the wait time 45 min ok fine. So we sat outside until a spot opened up. One hour and 30 minutes later people leaving and the waitress never cleaned a table or had us seated inside. The food took about 20 minutes they just put the food on the counter expecting people just to assume it’s theirs. Our food was sitting on the counter they never called our name or gave us a table. The bread was cold soggy it was the Avocado Toast. Poor management. People/workers need to be keeping a eye on the tables and make sure they are seating people. Very unorganized people don’t know their positions it’s seems. We waited and never bothered to ask if the table was ready because at that point we were just ready to leave.

It's expensive for a pandaria but you pay for the atmosphere. Cool touristy place to take someone from out of town. And the speciality menu allows you to add a photo of your choice on top of your hot drink. I hope they open a 2nd location.

Super popular Mexican Cappuccino spot in downtown San Jose. Was inspired to go here by a friend that couldn't go. The Horchata Cap was so good I should've gotten two of 'em. Would've helped for going to Opening Day for the Giants. Try to go when it's not so busy. I waited way too long for my one drink. It was worth the wait. But in reality you shouldn't have to wait 30+mins for one cappuccino.

Been coming here since it opened & I’m here almost every week!! My favorite combo is the cafe en las rocas with the torta de jamón 😍 The decor is super cute and honorable to Chicano culture!! The service has also never failed me.

Nice cafe with Mexican inspired coffee drinks. Enjoyed the drinks and the food though the food is a bit pricy. Also wished the tables and floor were wiped down more often but it's not terrible. Overall a good addition to the neighborhood and good spot to catch a coffee and chill

The coffee and the sweet bread were delicious. No seating but you create your atmosphere with who you join there. So I had a great time.

My husband and I are from Salem, Oregon we were in town for a friends wedding. We HAD to stop by, the 1 hour and 40 minutes (you know it’s gonna be good) so worth it! The conchas are made to perfection!! 10/10 definitely visiting again when we’re back in town! 🤎

Service was not good at all, or organize. Small place, coffee was not good at all, sugar and milk. The tortas are overpriced and simple. Mexico bakery has better bread and tortas for a better price. The concept is there but I seen it before,. If you want to experience an Instagram photo just go to Sons and Garden. Will never go there again.

The service was great and the atmosphere is super fun. There were only two of us so we didn’t brave the Concha Gigante but it looks delicious and worth the challenge.

I give this place a one star rating not because of the food .. food its good. But first of all no parking at all you have to paid parking meter and than wait in line for you to hlget server and you have to take it to go because no seat nor chairs.. so please if you are going to the restaurant and enjoy the big cup of coffee.. you have a to wait till someone its done eating to get a spot but if you are not fast enough someone will take it lol.. sorry not the best place to eat and seat around and chill...

I had the horchata matcha and it was honestly the best matcha drink i’ve ever had. We also got the americano and a straight coffee both were delicious. For food we got the caprease toast and the regular avacado toast along with the grilled cheese. The capreasse toast is definitely a better deal than the regular avocado. The concha looked so good. Overall the aesthetic of the place was adorable and so nice. there wa a line out the door but there is a limit of the time you can sit. the line is definitely worth it for the drinks and food.

Went on a Saturday morning it was very frustrating it was an hour wait outside then when I go in I ask what’s the cutest drink like what I see on Instagram and they told me to get something and I got it and it was a regular coffee it was so loud in there to and she got the wrong pastry that I asked for but it was too late I didn’t feel like going back and there were no seats it was like a survival thing whoever can grab seats first people grabbed seats as you walk in before even getting there meal and saved it for one another I had so much i my hands since I had me and the kids order and we had to walk all the way back to the car with all the food since there was no where to sit. So maybe it was the customer service most of all and how they do things which wasn’t fair.

This coffee shop is super unique, and I’d say it’s just as much about the experience / fun as it is about the coffee / food. They play awesome music, have some cool drink options and baked goods. It definitely is a fun stop to sit and take in the vibe in downtown San Jose. The drinks are a bit on the sweeter side which is a given, especially when you consider the name of the shop. I think overall it is worth a stop if you’re in San Jose, especially if there’s space to sit inside!

Your big hype is the famouse big conchas. Yet we traveled 2 almost 3 hrs for my son's birthday and there was nothing left. Even a bakery makes fresh bread the entire day it's open. You should really let people know that by 12pm you have nothing left so they won't travel and waist their time.
