The sandwiches were lacking, small size and skimping on the protein, and my party got a bagel, sourdough, and croissant sandwiches with the same experience with all three. The drinks were okay, nothing special, very sweet though so I’d recommend getting half sweet. The atmosphere is very white middle class, nothing wrong with that, but just to note. The person taking our order kept forgetting some things and didn’t offer to warm up the egg bite or pastries we got. When we asked they were warmed in a microwave so the egg got rubbery. I probably won’t be back

Great local cafe, perfect for brunch. Serving all kinds of coffee, croissants, sandwiches. The highlight are crepes. Vegetarian choices.

Excellent craft coffee and espresso. Great space to socialize and grab a quick bite too!

There's nothing special to say about food. My bagel looked not tempting at all, tasted about the same. The grilled sandwich was too greasy, so we were able to eat only half of it. Tables could use some good cleaning - they were very sticky.

While not one of my top coffee shops, I feel this place has a lot of potential. It is spacious, has a good amount of seating, with a great selection of food - including pastries, breakfast sandwiches and a great place to go for crepes. They make a very good coffee, my favorite being the cinnamon twist latte - in fact sometimes I come here just because I crave that ☺️. I feel it could be a much more exciting place than it is with a little bit of work -. The furniture seems a little worn and I feel that more effort could be put into how furniture is laid out, it feels a little jumbled. However with a little effort this place could be made very welcoming and comfortable - it certainly has the potential! But don't let this keep you away, the coffee is very enjoyable and the crepes are excellent and the service is always very good.

PLEASE PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU BRING BACK THE ICE OREO RAGE! It was the best drink I've ever had, and my go to order; it brought me back to BLVD multiple times a week! Everything I've ordered since has been good, but not as amazing as my oreo rage. Also I love the paganini panini, it changed my life (almost as much as my Oreo rage R.I.P. </3). Will be coming back for nostaligia and that panini, but since the discontinuation of my beloved Oreo rage, BLVD has been demotes from my #1 most loved and regularly craved coffee shop to a coffee shop that I simply enjoy on occasion.

Unhappy with this establishment due to long wait times and so busy they'll forget to make your order entirely. My suggestion is to place your order 1hr before you can actually get it.

Pros: spacious and cozy and nice indoor. Watching the baking lady so closely and having coffee felt so peaceful and relaxing. Nice outdoor seating. Food is tasty. Drinks are good. Cons: not much options of food. Plastic dishes are clearly reducing the service quality.

I honestly don't understand why this place is so popular the coffee is ok. These days it's getting so crowded I'd rather go somewhere else, if I'm going to wait for coffee there's a lot more options with way better coffee.

OK I found this place after searching in the Almaden area of San Jose for a local coffee shop. (Starbucks is permanently voted off my island; they'll never get another cent of my money:) Heard they were a quaint locals shop with an outstanding Mexican Mocha, of which I've only had one ever. Other reviews said the MM was great. They were right... It was OUTSTANDING. Great drink, quiet place, cool vibe. I could stay here and work for hours while consuming 2 or 3 of these Mexican Mochas. Stop by and hang out - you'll love it here.

Worse coffee shop. Terrible customer service. Long wait time. The barista was very unorganized and was eating while making coffee. Completely forgot to make my coffee.

Every single time they have messed up my order. It's like their forte now. They are not even apologetic because it's so common. Along with mine I saw at least 3 other people complaining. They are severely short staffed. The person at the counter always misses an item or two when we place the order and we have to get back in line and the wait time is endless. I get that cafes are busy but the absolute carelessness to improve baffles me and this is my experience over 2 years repeatedly.

Food and drinks are good. Compared to pre pandemic, they still haven't gone back to using real plates and cups which is a big downer. Also, service is often chaotic with orders getting lost or going wrong.

Espresso is good, but I paid a premium for a croissant so stale it was inedible.
