I love this coffee house in the mornings for breakfast and also in the evenings. The place is so pretty and lovely. It's awesome 😍😍😍
This place is great for coffee and one of the best places on santana row! Definitely recommend both hot and iced drinks there as well as their bakery options.

Strong blue bottle coffee, but this spot is very small compared to the BB's I been too and there is no where to sit to enjoy my java. I like cafes where I can enjoy my coffee while being able to pull out my laptop. Also, there was honey all over the floor which made it sticky to walk.

I love blue bottle coffee and the Santana Row location is prime! I’m always happy to see ANGELA, she is a bright and cheery ray of sunshine! My favorite items on the menu are the n’awlins style coffee, cold brew and of course Hayes valley latte with almond milk. ☕️💕🫶
It’s 8 mins after I was supposed to get my coffee for an order I made 15 mins ahead of time. So I even don’t know how to pride the coffee itself.
I'm sorry I thought it was a coffee/donut place. I didn't even know their name was "Blue Bottle Cafe. I just bought a couple of donuts, at first I didn't even know they were also serving coffee But the place and the service wasn't that friendly. The guy that serves us wasn't that friendly.
Coffee shop is awesome. right in the middle of santana row. It looks amazing. Santana row is amazing as is and especially on a weekend and a bright sunny day. this is place to be. Just go there and have fun even if you have coffee or not. Place was busy. went to have hot coffee but was hot so decided to go Cold and try Shakerato which took 15 mins to get our hands on and was ok compared to new orleans style which was good missing the shake :) Was ok and not impressed with coffee may be i have to try something else. Will try for sure in future
I fly all the way from Toronto to San Francisco , took a 20$ Lyft to this location. Their hour is closing at 8pm, I arrived at 5:56pm and the staff said they closed already…..I begged them for just buying some instant coffee and they said they can’t do it. So disappointed in this brand, never gonna come back again.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
If you ignore the wait, the line and the price, the coffee is great and the store location is cute with nice out door seating I got the cafe mocha with oat milk and wow it was delicious. Not sure if it’s justified to charge a small mocha 7$ but it at least tastes extraordinary

Got a 4.00 cookie for my son. He gobbled it so fast, I guess gluten free and sunflower butter is tasty stuff.
Great location. I have been here couple of times. Peak hours are always crowded. Be prepared to wait in long line. If you don't like strong coffee, give a try on their NOLA. It has chicory . I gave only 4 stars coz they did NOT serve it hot.
BB at Santana Row. Outside seating only, but what a beautiful place! SR vibes! BB has one of the best quality coffee served, and their waffles... Oh my world!
