Good coffee and ambience. Went early in the morning and was quiet.
Service and drinks are exceptional although pricey. Satisfying
Delicious coffee. I highly recommend. The staff is friendly and happy.
Barista is golden on Tuesday Morning pay him more money! The cashier was also exceptional! Coffee was woooooooow!
Great coffee, beautiful ambience, staff is always friendly, and willing to give suggestions on a drink.
Pretty good coffee. The latte is a bit too strong for my wife, but perfect for me. Good seating and nice atmosphere. Never too crowded. Not much selection for food. My go-to place when we run out of coffee.
First time customer. I was in the area and did a quick stop to try out this coffee shop. I ordered the campfire latte and it was delicious. Service was great. Friendly barista. Definitely recommend this place.
Was really excited to come here based off the pics and reviews but was pretty disappointed. Better than Starbucks but hardly. At least the drinks aren’t too sweet but the espresso lacked fullness and flavor. I felt like I was drinking watered down milk. Kind of made me question if there was coffee in it at all. Both our drinks felt like they were missing something. I ordered the campfire latte and my partner had the iced ube with espresso. The staff was nice but my partner and I ordered at the same time and paid together, left a 20% tip, & my drink was made right away and then for some reason my partners was made 3 orders later from people who ordered after us. I had finished my coffee already by the time his was ready, so that also hindered our experience. The coffee & service just didn’t match the high end vibe and prices of this place for me. The decor is super cute and the presentation of the drinks was nice, but I wouldn’t come here again.
We love this local craft coffee store. The staff are really friendly and efficient. We got the turon cappuccino and it has that turon banana flavor. The toppings were crunchy and added the extra umph to the delicious coffee.
Amazing Coffee house! Friendly staff, great atmosphere and the coffee is absolutely delicious. Had the campfire mocha not only was it beautiful the flavor was amazing. Highly recommend Mostra Coffee.
We've visited 9 different cafe / roaster brands and local chains over the past week during a road trip across southern California. Mostra has to be in our top 3. Incredible espresso, great menu, professional staff. The ambiance and design of this location was impressive. Unfortunately, there were little to no bags of fresh roasts available for us to take home during our visit -- as they were all sold out. Maybe next time!
All the beverages are unique and tasty. Coffee beans have the greatest aroma while brewing at home. Very addicting.
Mediocre and overpriced: they continue to jack up prices, $5.50 for ten ounces of cold brew, $7-8 for most hot drinks makes this the most expensive coffee shop in San Diego, and the quality is dramatically lower than Blue Bottle or James coffee. Not worth it
Great cup of coffee. Always consistently tasty.
Mostra gas great coffee and a blend of traditional and signature coffee drinks. Things are well done and they won micro roaster of the year in 2020. Prices are pretty high and the space isn't very comfortable for long stays and can get loud. Also 3.75 for an espresso is wild.
Great coffee! Ordered the Campfire and it was delicious. Has a strong dark chocolate taste and not super sweet. It was delicious. Was just going to stop by and grab a cup but the atmosphere was so cool I got my laptop out of the car and started working. Super chill place to have coffee and work remote.
The barista was exceptionally nice who had zero problem of switching the coffee I didn’t like. However, seats are limited and there’s not even a place for you to put your coffee if you’re sitting in the booth.
Great coffee and the cookie, chocolate chip. Walnut, coconut. Amazing!
Love this coffee place! They really take their time making each order. The vibe is really nice too.
Excellent coffee but needs more and better outdoor seating. UPDATE: I reduced the rating by a star due to confusion and difficulty with the rewards program. The worker who rang up my sale couldn't even get the reward to work. The manager tried to help but ended up burning three of my rewards for one coffee. She tried some arm-waving while claiming "that's how it works." To her credit, she gave my son his coffee for free. As all of this confusion was happening, the line behind me went from nothing to about ten deep. Dear Mostra, you have some of the best coffee around, but your rewards program needs to be user-friendly and employee-friendly. It's awful.
