We just happened upon this roaster on our way to our hotel after our flight in from NY. I ordered a mocha with oatmilk and it was really nice and smooth. He doesn't use a sugary syrup he used real chocolate. I believe the owner was the one making our coffee and he took his time to make it just right. Definitely check this place out. It's a nice roaster just a quick detour off the highway.
Absolutely adorable coffee shop. The owner is so pleasant not to mention makes a great cup of coffee. He also made an excellent recommendation of whole beans to try. I always make a point to stop in when I’m in the area.

The whole in the wall. Why is it that the best anything: taco shop, barber, antique shop, cobbler, bar, breakfast joint etc. is always a whole in the wall? Maybe it's because those true to their craft are always more interested in how you experience the gift rather than the box. Marc is a craftsman. I've tried em all and if you want the best locally roasted beans in town with a truly genuine feeling of hospitality then you owe it to yourself to swing by and see Marc and his beautiful partner. They will brighten your day in more ways than one.
What a charming place to grab a coffee (and treats)! The owner was working that day and took time to explain the different roasts for at home brewing and ground them specifically for my various methods. Also got a hot coffee and it was so delicious without that crazy acidity so many coffees can have. Muffin was spot on flavorful and fresh. It’s such a fun small shop to explore the many options for tea, coffee and treats. Definitely go give them a try!! Great prices as well!

I have two espresso machines at home and love coffee. The Make Good Coffee Co. roasts and brews the finest coffee in San Diego by far! If you want a great cup of coffee it’s the best!
