Drip coffee was really exceptional!

This place is clean, their staff are friendly and professional.
The place seems decent enough, you can tell they try hard with decoration and creating a nice atmosphere. However, I would just stick to black coffee or lattes… I ordered a dry cappuccino, essentially a macchiato with a few scoops of extra froth, and they just gave me a latte. I picked it up and immediately could tell it was filled to the brim with milk, I asked them if this was a dry cappuccino and she said “yes” and she just then said “that means extra foam”. I didn’t argue or anything. I just left. Also, the espresso flavor inside is tasteless, all you can taste is a full cup of milk. I’d go back maybe if the staff were more receptive and just asked if they weren’t sure. Photo attached.
Great Coffee and good conversation! Convenient distance from the San Diego Naval Base, I stopped here because it was high rated and it didn’t disappoint. They made my drink to order and did it quickly with no mistakes. 3$ double shot espresso, you decide if that’s affordable
The lavender latte is delicious!! I was a little worried about the drink being too sweet but it was just perfectly sweetened with lavender flavor!
Those guys are experts in coffee. If you’re coffee enthusiast this place is a must for you! Very welcoming ambiance too, absolutely loved it!

This place sits within a neighborhood and has a goal of setting a neighborhood vibe and it achieves that goal with ease. A seamless effort.

Mixed Grounds, although it's a new place of business. It's alway's packed with great people, good music and, an incredible Art display, highly recommended. Everyone should visits this one of a kind jewel, of an establishment.
I love the mocha—iced, Mexican chocolate, normal—from here because you can taste the coffee. It isn’t super sweet. Their coffee is worth the walk and the price.
