The barista, without giving me an option to select a tip went and selected a $3.00 tip off of my card on a $9.00 purchase. Would you just reach into someone's wallet and take three dollars out for yourself? Shady business practice, no thanks.

First of all this is a chocolate croissant appreciation review. The chocolate croissants here are chock full of chocolate and so rich and delicious. You can't eat it too quick so as not to have a chocolate overload. You have to take it one bite of chocolaty goodness at a time. Also the staff are super nice and friendly. I don't remember the name of the staff member that makes the drunks, but they always give good suggestions.

Good coffee and sweet treats. Friendly and quick service. Much better coffee bar feel compared to other large chain coffee retailers that make you feel like they are just there to take you money.
This lil coffee shop is full of love and character! The service is extraordinarily sweet & the coffee comes up quick! Always my go to on my way to campus!
The owner works at the shop daily and she's a incredibly nice woman, I would way rather give them my money for just as good coffee than anywhere else.
I make sure to stop in regularly when visiting Sacramento. Great coffee and food, great people.

Lovely coffee house inside Metcy Plaza..my herbal ice tea and croissant are excellent..but mostlt..the owner and her staff are wonderful...a haven for anyone needing a spe ial cuppa!
I went today with my friends and cousins and the foods are soooo gooood! I recommend to try this place. This place makes you feel at home.
Ordered a large iced tea. $3.75 Barista brewed my tea for less than 30 seconds. My drink was cold water with a tinge of tea flavor. I was so upset...! Service was nice but drink was SO terrible. I regret not going back to ask for my money back...

This review is from a teleworking perspective. Very cosy place with VERY personal and warm staff. The Cheers of coffee shops. Limited but free parking you might just have to look for street parking. Its VERY small shop with just 4 small tables, one 4 top and a small love seat. Wifi was decent (AT&T) but a bit slow. I didn't notice any disconnects but with it's size I'm not sure they can get saturated. Food is minimal (they were all out by 9am) and the sun in your face can hinder your ability to work (shade had been broken). Coffee came out really hot and promptly. Unfortunately power outlets are limited to the two I was able to find so you would almost need an extension cord.
