Drinks are mundane but this place is clutch for a late night boba and milk tea. They also serve smoothies and coffee beverages. I got the Taro Latte with the cream cheese add on and it tasted very powdery and the cheese lacked flavor. The mango smoothie also felt watered down. Boba was on the harder side and chewy. 2 stars for drinks but adding a star because the shop is well priced. Kiosk ordering is also available here. Restrooms are not open to the public here.
Ordered for the first time and had it delivered. Ordered the oreo smoothie and strawberry overload. Both were Great! Oreo especially. I got it 50% sweet and it was the best thing ever. I didn't feel so blah after wards like other smoothie places.
This is my girlfriends favorite Boba place in the area. We make a stop here at least once every two weeks. Its got a great selection of tasty drinks with a number of possible additions.

Fairly priced boba tea in a town where boba costs too much IMHO
The drinks weren’t like the boba drinks I’m used too. I liked using the real fruits but it made the lychee not really good because they left the hard part of the lychee in the topping. Wasn’t a fan of the drinks separating either. Didn’t try their milk drinks because I couldn’t tell if they were lactose free or not and didn’t feel like asking that day. Lol
Looking for coffee, not expecting to find what i did. Highly recommend trying the Vietnamese robusta coffee. Normal ice, medium size, 30%sweet. Friendly place, nice people and with some sunshine its a good spot to drink the drink.

I am gonna be honest, this place is the best. The price of the drinks are hella cheap, literally the boba tastes so good, i love how you can just go and make your own order on the screen, it was the first my sister got boba and she loved it.
Tea drinks are good, friendly service was somewhat lacking and very limited space to sit down and hangout. Space isn't really setup for dine-in. You get the feeling they've stuck with the take-out order setup of the COVID-19 pandemic. Several self service kiosks are setup to take your order.
Expansive menu and decent tea quality! My only complaint is that I often have questions about the drinks and can’t always find someone to help answer questions related to food allergies.

Cool spot but I am not a fan of the ordering system it makes it a bit confusing when you are a first time customer. The drink was good. Usually this place is very busy in the evenings.
Good tea place
Thai milk tea and the brown sugar one are soooooo delicious! It's self-serve ordering within the building off of these tablet stands. Can pick sweetness level, Boba, and other neat additions to your drink! Fast turnaround on our drinks, too, despite a line.
Best boba milk tea I’ve ever had!
This is become my gf and I’s favorite boba spot in Sacramento! The go-to order is the Okinawa Oreo depending on how we’re feeling 100% or 120% sweetness with less ice. They have a bunch of other flavors that looking amazing and I’m sure we’ll get to them eventually but right now Okinawa Oreo is the way to go.
Forget about other boba place. This one is the one. Drinkable mochi is a must try.
