the barista that was there saturday 6pm april 30 made me a free drink that was amazing and was very kind to me. i will be returning there great vibes i broke up with naked coffe shop years ago im dating temple coffee but i think i will have an affair with philz ... yall have good drinks 👌🏾💯
Excellent Coffee! Some of the best coffee I have ever had and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. This is the 2nd location I visited while in California, and things seem to be very consistent from location to location.
First time going into the café today and it was amazing! It took me a while to pick out from their menu as they had a variety of drinks to offer.
The coffee was disgusting!!! I had the mocha tesora.
Great tasting coffee served here 7 days a week!!! Great to hang out with friends or catch up on work with tables and benches available inside and out. Parking can be challenging in the Ice Block area especially on weekends.
Philz.. mint mojito and the mint iced tea Been hooked since first sip. Used to drool seeing the pics from others at locations in the bay area. One day they opened in Sacramento and no more pic drooling for me. They have some snacks available during the day from donuts, scones and even salads. And way more too. Some are vegan so they got stuff for all food choices you may like or have to. They sell some philz swag in-store and have the coffee beans for sale too. The drinks are still good years later so the quality has been long lasting. Check out there app for easy ordering before you get there and Parking can be busy on the side of store and its pay by the hour, unless you uses the app for quick pick up, which they do have 2 spots for free with using the app.(10 min free)
Never had a bad drink from Philz! And the staff are always friendly. Came here after a disappointing visit to Scorpio Cafe.

My husband loves there coffee, while I'm not really a coffee drinker I did enjoy their hot chocolate it was yummy.
Rude staff and they can't get a coffee order right. Go somewhere else

A friend said this was her favorite coffee and let’s say I drank the kool-aid or in this case coffee. The mission cold brew really surprised me in the best way!
This coffee will wake you up! Good place to get some work done or just get a drink - but I’d recommend going elsewhere if you have online meetings to take as the music is fairly loud.

My wife and I stopped by to grab some ice coffee's to go. Coffee was flavorless and unsweetened, sadly we had already left. Customers were low-key transphobic making fun of her and staring. Staff did nothing but talk amongst themselves and belittled us for going to the wrong counter. She even asked to go wait in the car as she was so uncomfortable, while I waited for our coffee. Its always disheartening to experience this in supposed "queer safe spaces". Needless to say, we'll only be going to Davis Philz from here on. They at least conversate with us and make us feel welcome.
The drink was good, but a little too sweet for my liking. Based on the menu items and sweetness of what I tried, I would think of this as a good place to get a treat but not as a daily visit.
Ok, I am new to the area and just finding out about cool places like this. I love the coffee here. I have tried a couple of their dark roasts, and even bought a bag for home brewing but they always do it better than I can at home. They have the touch. Lol. I have been telling friends and co workers about them. I have a new coffee shop!
One of my favorite coffee shops in Midtown. Would go there more often if they served coffee in ceramic cups instead of paper/plastic ones!
I wish there was a closer store to me, but then again it would be bad cause I would be there everyday haha best coffee around I stop by whenever I’m in the area. The mint mojito is definitely my go too!
