I was so glad this location opened up because driving down to the one off of El Camino was almost not even worth it. I was honestly so concerned about how the service would be because of the location, but they always seem to be well staffed and have themselves very organized. Everyone is always so nice, and even with huge lines I don't think I've ever spent on the upwards to 10 minutes in their line. I usually only go for myself, so I love that they will bring your drink out if you do get stuck behind the people with bigger or more complicated orders. I appreciate the folks who have to work outside manning the line- this place seriously exceeds the service expectation by helping us get in and out (with a tasty drink). 🫡👍

This Dutch Bros was good, staff is friendly, they made my favorite drink and it was a lil bland, but still tasty.
Only gave a 3 as the merging drive thru is not a great design...they need the staff to tell the customers who they're behind in line or you'll be cutoff or possibly engaged in battle as for some strange reason folks don't know how to wait their turn!

I got a large drink without ice. What a joke. If I pay extra to get large drink I expect full cup. I paid $8+ with tip and this is what I got. It was missing about 15-20% of the drink. Last time I order at Dutch Bros they added full cup of time and almost no drink so I wanted to try no ice and this is what I got. For premium price this is rip off. I don’t know who came up with this business model but they are cheating their customers by using ice as filler to make the drink look full. I wouldn’t recommend Dutch Bros Coffee.

I was hopeful this could be a Starbucks substitute but the food was just slightly better than a Costco pack of Svenhads ready to eat pastries and the coffee was at best unremarkable.

Customer service not that good. Drink was okay. Missed up my drink with different flavor that I didn't want it.
