Good but not exceptional espresso. Open space with decent amount of seating. Overall, not terribly remarkable.

The cute drink is really delicious. At first it was a strawberry matcha. Now it's in an match. I think the flavors switch out every couple months or so but you should try it. The new toffee latte is perfect. Not too sweet but so flavorful it's made with homemade caramel.😋
Great spot to work and study. Located in a coworking space. Drinks are excellent.
I met a really nice couple here. She told me Sacramento is cliquey but I think this place might attract people who are willing to make new friends

Updated review: I ended up frequenting this cafe quite often. I really enjoy their pumpkin spice latte as well as their muffins. It isn't too sweet so it pairs really well with the cofffee. Additionally, the nice latte art always makes my day. I also tried their drip coffee; pretty decent! Lighter and more acidic flavors in coffee isn't my favorite, but I can appreciate the care/quality. Additionally, I like how spacious the Cafe is, so great place to chat with people and start your morning. Old Review: I like this cafe located in a workspace on J street. The decoration is minimal, black and white, which looks modern and sleek. It's accented with plants and reading material about coffee. I think they specialize in Ethiopian coffee. I tried their latte and thought that it was decent for $5/12 oz. They also offer several kinds of teas which is hand brewed. The baristas seem to put a lot of effort in their craft.

Amazing pour over and service! I asked about pour overs and the gentlemen at the counter explained to me what they had and I chose one that was fruity (something about banana or guava) and it was amazing! The guy was really cool while he explained it. This shop is really nice and spacious inside. I highly recommend.
They take the time to properly make your drink and if you like that, you'll like Cora Coffee. The line can get long though because of this so be patient. If there was outdoor seating, this place would be perfect.

Exceptional coffee, reasonable price, delightful presentation.
Lovely ambiance, beautiful and delicious coffee from roasters around the country, and friendly baristas. If you're new to town, Cora Coffee should be very high on your hit list of shops to visit. Also worth mentioning, their taste in music is impeccable. Light jazz is currently playing at an appropriate volume and I cannot stress enough how rare that seems to be these days. I can actually work on my laptop here without feeling like I need to hide my ears in noise-canceling headphones.
The only place in Sacramento that serves authentic matcha and they actually whisk it traditional way! I’m so happy I found them! Also, customer service is on point. Friendly and nice environment.
