Sometimes ambiance is worth a premium. Not anymore. Eight and a half dollars for a latte? It's just a latte. It's nothing special. Not worth it.
Best lavender latte!
I enjoy this place, I really do, however, I had to give 3 stars because the food is inconsistent. I will always recommend the latte’s. Not only are they delicious, their barista’s really know what they’re doing and have completely made it an art form. Ive ordered the avocado toast on several occasions. 2 out of 3 times the bread was burnt to oblivion making it hard to cut into, and ultimately inedible. Thankfully I was able to get a good photo of the singular order that didn’t attempt to break a tooth off. The customer service is great, which is why I will continue to grab a latte from here in the future if I’m in the area.
Loved the vibe here. We came as two families with two infants and two strollers. The veggie sammie was delicious. Not your typical veggie sandwich. I had an oat vanilla latte and that was also delicious. There’s a makeshift creek dividing the two walkways outside. Plenty of parking. Just a delight and we would come back. There are several other Arcade locations but this is my favorite so far.

Ok I've tried it a few times now. The food is fine. Certainly overpriced but fine. Only complaint is almost everything is sweet. There is one "savory" pastry which is actually just less sweet. The main menu is also oddly sugar centric. The service is really nice but I feel like every time I'm here I see them have to explain one of the many weird policies of this chain to someone (no cash, kitchen closes two hours before close etc.). Fine to do i just feel bad the servers are so nice and have to bear the reactions and manage the fallout. Decor looks like someone was given an Ikea showroom to set up and quit on their first day. Worst aspect is the music is played so loud. First time there it gave me a headache. I've been back a couple times since (I try not to judge on a single visit) and both times others have complained about it... Even a girl wearing noise cancelling headphones. Maybe put the speaker in the kitchen I guess?
Top notch old school customer service, where you can still have a genuine conversation with the barista. I can’t thank Tetsoo enough for the genuine and down to earth customer service. Highly recommend!
I always have a great experience whenever I visit Arcade. They are always on the forefront of coffee & food trends, and their staff shows appreciation & care for all customers. I cannot recommend Arcade highly enough. Oh, and definitely get the Boursin French omelette—it’s to die for. Buy small & support local businesses!
Great coffees, great food, great service. Visited once again, tried the vanilla rose Latte. Thia was a very delicious cup of coffee

In good conscience, I don't recommend coming to any Arcade location. Honestly I really wanted to ignore the politics of this business' owners because they are a local business with nice seating areas and decent coffee, even when I knew they did not follow mask mandates (that would have at least protected their most health-vulnerable customers). I was still ok supporting them and appreciated the space. The reason I'm writing this review now is that the conservatism of this business / its owners is infringing on the freedom and operations of the only independent bookstore in Riverside, Cellar Door Books, which is directly next to Arcade's outdoor seating area. Cellar Door Books carries a wealth of local authors (which of course includes queer, Indigenous, and other minority authors in the community, and events supporting them), loads of children's books, and classics. So! There are some wonderful other local coffee shops -- Mundial's drip coffee is equally good and their lattes and specialty drinks are much, much better (!!); Molinos and Lift Roasters are also awesome. Take your business elsewhere and don't support a place that doesn't actively support the diversity, and health, of everyone in their community. We should expect our local businesses to be supportive of us all, and of other businesses. Riverside is better than this.

Coffee was very good but this place is expensive. Yowch, my Applepay still hurts after visiting this place.
I finally made my way to this location of arcade and their breakfast menu is delicious, especially the French toast! It's to die for!
Such a beautiful vibe here with incredible customer service. Austin was so helpful and patient in describing and helping choose, and drinks were a 10 and if I could give a 100 stars ⭐️ I would! What a diamond 💎
I ordered a cappuccino and it tasted very sour. It was so bad that I took one sip and immediately threw it away. It seems like they let the espresso sit for too long before adding the milk. What a shame!
This place is fantastic. Everything on the menu is delicious. My favorite is the Fall draft latte. Staff are sooo friendly too. Austin is an amazing guy, love his energy.
Love the coffee flavors, just order extra shots if u like along like I do
