Some coffee shops feel like an anchor for the surrounding community to come and gather to work, connect, and drink coffee. This is one of those special places, made so a large part by the attentive staff and the hum of coffee being made all around you. This one checks all the boxes for me, great wifi, plenty of seating (and standing desks!), tasty coffee and baked goods, and it's even dog friendly!
Expensive but good
Such a dope spot, super chill staff, and the attention to detail is there! Cortado with Oatmilk
Incredible coffee. Obnoxiously overpriced beans but with coffee this good I guess they can bend me over.
Definitely artisanal coffee. Not my thing.
Love their coffee and their customer service. My Gf used to visit this place when she attended UCR and an email she received today from her writing department reminded me to restart my subscription.
This is a 20-star experience, the food is amazing and so are the drinks, the staff are super nice and treat you with far more respect than you deserve (I don't know any of them personally, I don't work there either, I just think most people assume they deserve more respect than they do), and the atmosphere is an amazing little rainy day coffee date with the girl or guy of your dreams, this is the kind of place you wear a snuggy and study for your upcoming exam we both know you're gonna fail.
I do love myself some Arcade coffee and I’m happy to be able to support them when I can but unfortunately the lattes are even more expensive than Starbucks so I don’t go as often as I wish I could. Their seasonal offerings are always great. I’m personally not a fan of the avocado toast, it’s just missing something in my opinion but everything else we’ve tried here we’ve liked.
One of the best in town EDIT: consistency is not there anymore due to churn of employees. Prices are higher such as 3$ for an extra shot of espresso, cups got smaller as well. what was once a great local coffee shop started going downhill for me. I think that's because they are trying to grow too quickly and also trying to be an overpriced restaurant IMHO. atmosphere is still cool and will continue to come every blue moon but I used to come in regularly.
I ordered a London Fog and a scone. I don't think the dude working there knows what a London Fog is. He made it wrong. He also gave me the wrong scone. The one he gave me(I believe chocolate+strawberry) was not good.
Got the seasonal drinks: cranberry sage espresso tonic & eggnog cappuccino. Tonic was not my cup of tea but my partner happily enjoyed it; it is very refreshing with a bitter taste of espresso. Eggnog cappuccino was definitely my favorite that I've tried thus far for seasonal drinks. I tried the yuzu peach green tea, unsweetened; didn't mind the wait for steeping and definitely the cold tea I needed after a hot drink. Some counter high seats are kinda uncomfortable but nonetheless the employees and vibes are always on point.
The coffee is fantastic. The food is excellent and seasoned beautifully
I’ll freely admit I’m a terrible photo taker. That being said, the ambiance, the hospitality of the staff from barista to cook was superb. A comfortable set up with plenty of room to walk around without feeling cramped. The cappuccino itself was delicious but can I say the tri tip breakfast burrito was to die for. Love this little corner shop. P.S. shout out to the OG employees who really welcomed us in.
The only place you can get an excellent shot/ Cortado within 30miles. Beans are roasted precisely and flavors are clear.
Came in and immediately the vibes were great. Staff immediately made me feel more confident about it being my first time here. Mattea greeted my friends and I and was super attentive and friendly while we figured out what we wanted, never making us feel like we weren’t her priority even while she kept working to keep up with other orders. 10/10 experience
Being a black and Mexican women, I don’t know if they’re racist or what the situation may be but the two ladies behind the counter were extremely rude they didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in the people they were helping out they were clearly having a long conversation with them and me and my husband came right behind them and not once did they say welcome in or hello no I didn’t take it as a big deal when I first walked in but then a group of three people behind me which was an Asian and two white people and they immediately said hi welcome and will be with you shortly not once did they look back at me and my husband who is right behind the first couple there that they were helping to greet us this coffee shop is obviously only for white people and people that are hipster anything outside that zone don’t go here they don’t welcome are kind.
Delicious coffee and a great variety of treats. I had the brown butter carrot cake muffin and the Gibraltar. Also great hang out space and service. It's a little difficult to find. You park on the side and the entrance is on the main road.
The hot lavender chai, breakfast with egg & avocado, and iced green matcha latte were delicious! The chef always makes a yogurt bowl with berries and figs artful!
Friendly new coffee place with plenty sitting options from comfortable deep soft leather couches to bar stools. Coffee was delicious and their blueberry lemon scones was perfectly balanced. Will be back for sure.
Having lived in Seattle for 15 years before moving here 3 years ago I was spoiled with great coffee. For 3 years I've been looking for great coffee and I have found it here at Arcade Coffee Roasters. Their rich flavor of beans is what differentiates it from good to great.
