This is one of my favorite coffee places I've always had good service and great customer service here and the drinks are very tasty I got my grandma and my mom liking this place too
I had a caramel mocha with whip cream, it was pretty good 😊

Always out of menu items early in the day. This will be the 3rd time trying to get something I wanted and they of course were out.
First time trying coffee bean. I was always iffy about trying it. But I'm glad I did. I think Starbucks lost a customer and coffee bean gained one. The cheese danish.... omg delicioso.. 😋🤤 oh and customer service was good too.
They never have whipped cream
I ordered hot macchiatos and when i git them there were in a hot cup but i try them and were cold like if they just add the milk of the fridge
Coffee is great love it but they choose and pick when to use the app lie about the app being down and not working so you can’t get your points or use them.

Everything drink I order has always been great, never been disappointed
My mom and I, both love their iced matcha blended drinks! Since it’s a little far from home, we always opt to order for delivery and thankfully whenever there are doubts or questions that can’t be handled through the app their staff is more than happy to assist. Spoke with Sara today who was super helpful and sweet! Can’t wait for our drinks to get here 😋

I was at the store in Rialto. I waited in line for almost 10 minutes while all 4 staff members worked the drive thru window. I asked for a cup of water and was told it was .25. Really, of course I declined.
Okay Rose gives the BEST customer service I have ever had. I love seeing her every morning I go in for my coffee. Really the best part is my coffee and bagel. I LOVE Coffee Bean!!
Ordered the vanilla latte... This drink is cheaper and taste better than Starbucks.. till it's luke-warm.. then it does not taste good at all..
