I love their coffee and love this place. Always choose these locals over the chains.
Place has good stuff. The only thing is that if you go through the drive thru, they can’t hear well and you have to repeat yourself multiple times.
Never had to wait in such a long line anywhere.
I love the taste and size of a large Bobba. I like to switch between Thai Tea and Taro Bobba. The white mocha is awesome, and I really like the iced frappz here. Sometimes I will grab a slice of cake or a scoop of ice cream to go with my order. Lots of seating and fun animal videos playing on the TV's. Great place to spend time with friends and enjoy a drink.
Their chai tea is amazing!! :)
Very rude,. They keeped me whating for twenty minutes for two drinks. They helped everyone from the drive through and then made my drinks last.
Stopped here on our way to a home inspection for a buyer in Rialto on a Monday around 2pm. There were some people ordering & enjoying their treats inside. The staff was friendly and offered suggestions since it was our first time. I picked pistachio and it was creamy with good flavor. My partner picked yogurt delight which was really fresh & tart just like a good yogurt should be! Do recommend!!
Wife & I drove thru this morning and the first thing the woman asked us in the drive-thru was "would you like to try a breakfast croissant today?" Sure, we said. Only to have her inform us that they are out of eggs! WTH? She then wanted to know if we wanted it with just the bacon and yellow cheese. Yellow cheese? And why are you offering a sandwich, right out of the gate, that you don't have all the ingredients to make??? She was doing this with every car in line. PS wanted a medium coffee too. Nope. You'll need to pay for a large one, because we can't keep enough medium cups in stock either.
This place is so chill...the people are great food fresh and the atmosphere is super cool

I love that they're on my way home from work and they have drive thru. White mocha espresso with whipped cream (as requested ) is really awesome!
Decent place for drinks and desserts.
Wanted to love this place. But after I asked them to fill my small honeydew melon smoothie to the top, they added large chunks of ice. : / This after I was already informed that they were out of boba. What a jip!
If I could give 0 stars I would. We had to repeat ourselves at least 5 times when ordering in the drive through. Then we got our ice cream and it tasted absolutely horrible. We tossed it in the trash as we drove off. Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere for ice cream.
It's such a cozy café. It has great sitting areas, tvs to watch if you want. Music playing on the background. Great treats like cheesecake, pastries, but their ice cream is the best!! They have great selection of drinks, including Boba. The staff is nice.
Funny review ahead! Honestly, the drinks are fine. Don’t order coffee… but other stuff is fine. But… and this is a major BUT… the service here is terrible and sweet at the same time… Every time we come here it’s clear the ladies working are friends, which is nice… but they never know what you’re asking for and seem to be distracted and ask the same questions over and over and still give you the wrong drink. We ordered a latte and she asked if we wanted milk… in a latte… of course we want milk, it’s a latte. Then she didn’t include it on the order… and we had to go through the ordering process again. To their credit, we ordered a slice of bacon for our dog and they only charged us a penny! However… that bacon WAS ice cold and the dog actually refused to eat it😂😂. Kind people work here! But they don’t really do their job super well😂😂
Smoothies have no flavor, tastes watered down. Happened once with the mangonada and once with the wild berry smoothie. This place used to be pretty good, guess the workers don’t care now.
Met a friend for some coffee at this location. I love the seating area and my drink was good. I look forward to going back and trying the food and updating this review.
I viewed the menu online before I got there to order. The Piña Colada smoothie that I wanted was discontinued! so I made a back up decision. I ordered the Strawberries and Cream ice cream in the waffle cone but they had accidentally made me a smoothie. I wasn't upset. they were confused (by my original choice, I suppose) and didn't charge me the difference so that was nice. It didn't have a many strawberries as the picture so that was a little disappointing. I ended up coming back after a movie and dinner at September's to get a milk tea + Thai tea for my friend. The drinks were good. This place was overall, alright. I'd come back if I was in the area but it was a little disappointing. They do have a lot of choices on their menu so maybe another visit will redeem them.
Coffee was pretty good, They are Super slow so have time to wait...
