I just visiting the Bean Scene for the first time and it is actually really cute vibe in there. It's located on the Simpson University campus, so I'll be visiting it a lot more come next semester

THEE absolute BEST, Comfy-EST, spacious, beatnik type cafe in Redding. This gem is inside Simpson College, and was SUCH a God-Sent find! The couches are abundant and the decor is indie. Baristas are sassy and they serve all the classic drinks. And best part, THEY'RE OPEN till MIDNIGHT!
Decent latte but took 15 minutes to get it despite it not being busy. Good location, cool vibe.

Quiet coffee shop attached to the college clothing store. Visited on an early Monday morning and it was very peaceful. Purchased a 12oz Americano for under $2...if you bring your own cup. Lots of comfortable seating with plenty of electrical plugs for powering up laptop. Recently updated menu - see attached photos. Coffee shop also provides toaster oven and microwave if you'd like to bring your own food. Small bathroom in the back. Plenty of parking but the location of the coffee shop will likely consist of students and faculty due to the location of the campus. But all are welcomed and I enjoyed my time there for a couple of hours.
