Their food and coffee is excellent. However the staff is aloof and not very friendly.

2.5 starts. Not enough seats if you are going to shop to work, or be alone. So many tables are reserved for two or more people only. The coffee and staff are great.

Nice place with hip and trendy vibe. The flat white was perfect. Waffles were nice and crunchy, avo toast and the salad were tasty too. The prices a tad high but the quality of the food was good.

The coffee shop is very nice, aesthetically pleasing, plenty of sun light basking the shop. Food on the other hand was dissapointing. I drove 40min to try this place, $13 for (1) waffle with 14 blueberries on it. (My least favorite fruit to my dismay). I seen plenty of picture reviews with strawberries and a mix of fruit. They should disclose the "seasonal" fruit for the month. My fault for assuming and not asking. Food and chai was served in paper plates and cup.

My husband and I agree that this coffee is most likely the best we’ve ever tasted. They also have the best toast! We LOVE Evergreen!

Some rave about this coffee shop. It's always got great staff, good food and beverage options, and certainly a must-visit while in Redding. The 4-star rating is for the "camping" culture and slightly loud music. It can be hard to find a table, but if you can get one. Try a drink and a food at one of the most trendy coffee stops in town! Worth a stop!

It was great coffee, if you get anything from their menu definitely try the waffles, so good!! I got a honey vanilla latte and it was perfect. The staff was very kind. It does get busy and it’s not that huge, so just be mindful of that. You can go to meet up with a friend, do schoolwork and bring your laptop, it’s a friendly coffee shop!

Pricey for the quality. I ordered the toast with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella. I was told it was good sourdough bread-but it tasted more like French bread. The toast was cut too thick to get a proper toasting. The surface was toasted but the center was soggy from the oil. The tomatoes were bland (should be very flavorful for this time of year) and cold. They should, in the least, be room temperature. The mozzarella tasted from Costco, and was NOT melted. Just two cold slices of cheese. It had two large basil leaves, which were of great flavor. It was topped with lots of oil and pepper. It took about 12 minutes to make, and was $10.50; I hope some of it was at least organic. The chai had that “off flavor” that often comes from concentrate. The coffee, however was very good. Nice even flavor, not too bold and toasty sweet and I believe they posted the coffee was organic. The food, though, for the price, needs to be improved upon. Nice clean modern atmosphere. As a frequent traveler, mostly for work, I have enjoyed much better food for much less. I would enjoy a coffee here again, but would be hesitant to order the food.

We came here on our way to McClouds and I wished we picked up some food as well. They have two seasonal drinks but one was already sold out. The one we did ordered had chicory in it. I never had chicory in iced coffee before… it gave that earthy taste. Price could be a teeny bit better but coffee culture keeping that price up. This coffee spot is definitely top 3 in Redding. Don’t listen to me though… only tried this place, Theory Coffee, and Dutch Bros so far 😂. The ambiance and furniture give off that cozy vibe. Bring a book or laptop when you come!
