Best breakfast sandwich in Redding!! Farmhouse!!!

In Redding California. Most unorganzied organization. Was totally ignored waiting in pick up line. Got in regular line and then they started giving food to pick up people. Got home and my order was not complete. Customer service is horrible!!

Bagel breakfast sandwiches always hit the spot. However, it's hit or miss with service. Sometimes I'm in and out, other times the high school aged girls that work there are more interested in gossiping and talking to each other. I think a stronger management is needed to ensure quality of service every time.
So I've ordered from this location dozen or more times. This last time was huge disappointment. No customer service. Never greet. Location not very clean at all. It wasn't as busy as the morning. Bella messed up my order, I went to let her know she was very rude about the mistake. Just put the order on the counter. Staff needs to be taught hospitality.

As soon as you open the door you are welcomed with the fresh baking aroma coming out of their kitchen and that makes your craving for bagels even bigger. I’m not a big fan of cream cheese and I don’t like anywhere except for in a BAGEL 😘, let me tell you that that is a match made in heaven. So tasty, especially if it is in a sesame bagel & toasted 😋. Einstein Bros Bagels are one of the best around and it doesn’t take a genius to figure that out lol 😉
Way too expensive. I payed $10 for a sad looking, burnt, half soggy bagel sandwich. Probably not going to come back. I've been to other Einsteins before. This one is not doing very well.

I really love the sandwich I always get here but this was a terrible experience. I ordered 3 sandwiches and all the bagles were burnt completely black. my turkey bacon avocado sandwich which doesn't come with egg, had egg on it. i called the store to let them know but since I ordered through doordash they can't do anything for me. I already tried to get the items refunded and got $8 back on a $55 order.. thats honestly really scummy of the store to not even do anything at all. I don't think I'll be ordering here again. EDIT: also the owners response on a customer feeling discrimated based on their race in these reviews? that's disgusting

Not the typical dry dense bagel. Lots of bagel sandwiches to try. The French Toast Bagel is a must try!! Mmm mmm good!
