Batista was very friendly and helped me get my coffee.
I usually come here for Tea but this is my other choice Pure Chocolate! So delicious in a hot day.

Had our monthly coffee with friend at a different place. Easy parking, friendly staff. Appears to be quite a few regular customers.
Absolutely love the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf loves grabbing a jalapeno and cheddar bagel and a cookie butter iced coffee :D
New favorite coffee! Wish Northwest Arkansas had this. This place is definitely up there. The ice is my favorite & we can not wait to try again ! Iced caramel with oat is what I went with .

At 7:15pm, they told us they were closing early because it wasn't very busy and it cost them more to stay open than to close. So we had to abruptly leave before their posted 8pm closing time, which is why we chose to meet there.
Pleasant & friendly young ladies who served us. They sold me on the Cookie Butter Powder. 😋 So, I ordered an extra hot Cookie Butter Mocha Latte with Almond Milk and Whipped Cream. Nice location off Highway 100, across the street from Kate Spade & Coach Stores area of the Premium Outlets. CBTL is our favorite brand coffee shop.
I give onlu 2 stars because tbe girl taking orders was so miserable and never said thank you or anything. Horrible person to have as cashier. Workers were all coughing and no masks also

The coffee here is good but the customer service needs to be improved by the company. I frequent this location 2 times a week and they have messed up or order a couple times in the past months but they refuse to remake anything or give us something different. I enjoy this place but company’s stance on helping the customers has to take a better position.

My favorite ice blended drink by far. The staff are friendly and know me by name. Lauren is so sweet and she always has a smile on her face. This is my favorite place!!
