First time going here today, got a large vanilla iced coffee. It was good, seeing as I drank half already. It's pretty strong, unlike Starbucks. I love the choice of ice they use. I think it's cute and easier on the teeth if you like to chew the ice afterwards. For a large it was $5.35, not too bad. I'd go again and perhaps get oat milk to cancel out how strong.

This coffee bean typically has fast service. The food and drinks are always delicious. The atmosphere is old. It could use an update, and it is small, so it's not really great for a spot to chill.

Absolutely wonderful coffee shop! This place is so cool, and has great vibes for hanging out or working on your laptop. Nice Tea lattes too.
Great coffee house awesome staff never messed up on my order very happy with this place. Way better than Starbucks.
Service was EXCELLENT young lady at the counter Thanksgiving day morning was so pleasant and sweet. Unfortunately someone came in with their big dog which reared up and put it's paws on the counter and its owners thought this was totally acceptable. I love dogs but not in food establishments, grocery stores etc. Other than that, everything else was top notch.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE COFFEE BEAN THEY SHOULD PUT MORE IN PALMDALE/LANCASTER AREA. People that work there are very friendly and the atmosphere is mellow. The ice blended drinks are WAY BETTER than Starbucks and McDonald's combined!!

I love the dark chocolate option for iced or hot mocha. Also their chocolate muffin : rich but not unduly sweet. Tried a breakfast chibatta today. Always clean, quick, with indoor & outdoor seating. Easy parking,Safe & well lit to walk my dog as I am traveling through. Good bathrooms.
If you want to feel like an idiot ordering what is on their menu, come here. If you want to get your order messed up, come here. If you want to feel disappointed with customer service, you’re at the right location.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The environment is good, clean and is also a good place to work with a laptop. I had an iced americano which was just ok.
Nice atmosphere but the tea is weak. Had the peach orchard and it tasted like water.
ohhh yeahhh.. great coffee too bad they change their pastries. The pastries before like coconut cake was better. It feels like is going the same direction loke Starbucks in the pastry choices.
Great coffee but costumer service is not as good as I was aspected. Yesterday the cashier/barista was not friendly. When I asked him questions he was very short. Today the cashier was great, beautidul smile and greetings but the barista made a horrible job with my large Americano because she was concentrated talking to another costumer. She didn't pay attention to the ingredients that I wanted such as sugar and half and half. When I asked the person incharge of the location the barista turn around and said it was an Americano with cream I was you should read your sticker or screen and make it correctly. I really like coffee bean's coffee but if costumer service will be like that I don't even want to go back again..
