The first time I've ever been disappointed with Krispy Kreme for some reason the donuts wer stuck to the bottom of the box so they broke apart an most of the donut stayed in the box but other than that they still tasted good.
Horrible customer service. Ordered online, my order was incorrect and when I notified the staff and let them know I was charged extra for doughnuts they didn't have available, wouldn't refund the money. When I asked if there was someone I could speak to they just said no. I tried to contact corporate but didn't hear back. Staff really made me feel like my order didn't matter and they didn't want to help make it better.

My mother and I went through the drive thru and was told to pull forward. We ordered 3 donuts.... They never came out so one of us had to go inside to get them. Our donuts are cold.
This one is always running out of the good donuts. They won't offer any cream for your coffee they assume everyone just likes it black.

Long wait inside after avoiding the super long drive through line. It was New Year's Eve. They had glazed donuts ONLY.. plain, glazed donuts, nothing more. I was disappointed. Friendly service though. Clean store.
I went to Krispy Kreme because I really wanted one of their original Kreme filled glazed donuts. We went in and they told me my favorite donut has been discontinued... For this, I no longer see a reason to come here.
They never have glazed donuts and if they do they are stale! 4 hours till closing!
Normally I don’t buy there coffee however I was out at home. Placed an order for a Medium Iced Vanilla Coffee, had to wait for over 7mins at the window for a tiny cup (looked like a small) that taste horrible. I checked my receipt and it said Med Hot Vanilla Latte at A $4.49 charge. The menus screen had a different price. And it did not reflect my order. They gave me an iced latte not an iced coffee. It was watered down with horrible flavor. The girl did say they were having problems with the machine that’s why I had to wait. I went back in to ask if that was the correct size and another girl looked at the bottom of my cup and said I think so. How do you not know??? Will never buy coffee here again it’s a waste of money. Drink went right down the sink.

Super rude staff at this location, been there twice and had a bad experience both times.
When to get a dozen donuts for my family, an hour before they closed. Had already closed the bathroom, long line, had to go and they were rude. No donuts for me.
