Delicious! Lots of flavors and non-dairy options. Staff was super nice. Place is very clean and has a clean bathroom as well. Connected to Yakisoba next door.
Boba Time is my favorite spot in the AV for some boba.

I've been addicted to Boba for a while now. I'm glad It's Boba Time came to the AV. They are so many options to choose from. So I used to just get Boba with my drinks. I would mostly get the honey black tea. This is delicious, by the way. With Boba of course. But lately, I've been getting the House Milk Tea with Boba AND egg pudding. Omg, this combination is delicious. I am so addicted to this. I love the foams too. I still want to try others but I always end up getting the House Milk Tea. I might just go tomorrow. All this writing and describing the drinks are making me crave them. I hope you love Boba as much as I do. It's Boba Time is the place to go.

I love the options that Boba Time offers, but they just keep getting more expensive and the food is always inconsistent. I tend to get the acai bowls and I've been there enough to be able to say that the way that they make them is SUPER inconsistent. I sometimes get completely gipped of the serving size for the acai and granola, which I order extra of. Other times, it comes out just perfect. The taste of the acai also differs. I would really recommend that there be a way for the employees to make consistent food/drinks. I understand it might taste just slightly different because of the fruit, but the portion sizes shouldn't be all over the place, especially considering how much you're paying. I do like the atmosphere. It's nice and clean and upbeat. The service is also great, nice and friendly and accommodating when needed. Just please do something to make portion sizes consistent if you're going to be charging so much!! Thank you!
Deliciously delicious. The boba, the taro pudding was so good. Definitely recommend trying them out.
Fabulous place across from Jack in the Box and Country Club Estates. This is located in the same building as Yoshinoya so look for signs of that when driving to it.
